A few hiccups, but overall great experience.
I have been going to Patrick Cadillac for over 10 years. Purchased/leased 3 cars. My most recent experience involved a 2016 ATS lease. My Sales Rep, Roger Summers, was very helpful. Unfortunately, despite purchasing my vehicle on 12/30/15, I still do not have my license plates--three months later! Although Mr, Summers was extremely helpful in getting to the bottom of the delay (and a great salesman), it should not take over 3 months to get my plates. Very friendly, clean operation. Beautiful showroom. Just a a few bumps with the follow up on minor issues which should be addressed. The dealership should have a system in place to monitor that all details of a sale (including receipt of the plates) are complete--to the customer's satisfaction. I should not have had to call the dealership on multiple occasions, rather, quality control should have realized and addressed the delays.

Best Volvo dealers in Schaumburg!!
Recently we purchase new 2016 XC 90 at Patrick Volvo dealing with salesman name Ashvin Shah ,we had great experience Mr Ashvin work with me ,made suggestions,I was also able to negotiate the best deal !!:)) I would highly recommend it Mr Ashvin Shah for your next purchase Volvo !!:))what a great experience!!!

I have been a customer for many years and Grant has all ways been very pacient, very knowledgeable, very thorough, with all the information about new car. Car Buying Like It Should be
We knew we wanted a Volvo S60, so we asked for their price on a 3 year lease. No games, no "I have to talk to my manager" and no "why don't you just come in to the dealership?" Ashvin Shah just asked a few questions and gave us a good price. We did the paperwork by email so everything was ready when we went. When we got there our car was parked out front with our name on the dash, cleaned and ready to go. We signed, then went in to leasing. Done in 15 minutes. Mr. Shah spent an hour showing my wife all the bells and whistles on her new car. We drove away very happy. Great car, great dealership experience. We drove from Evanston to Schaumburg and came home thrilled. NOTE: We leased a Volvo but that is not an option to rate on this web site?

Worse communication between sales and management
It happen twice in 1 month that they told me the car is available and when I drove there after leaving work early they told me we just sold the car I even called on before leaving the work to confirm if the car is still there and the Internet sales manager said yes it's here. Than they tried to show me different escalade which I am not interested in. I asked to speak to the manager and all of a sudden the manager was in the meeting. I will never go back there

Wow. Easy
I've never had as easy of a time buying a new car. Ashvin had great communication and customer service. I got the price I wanted without all the back and forth.
