    My experience dealing with BMW of Springfield was marred by several occurrences. First, an attempt to buy my car kept in excellent condition WELL below... its market value. The dealership justified the extremely low trade-in value it initially offered with the argument that car wholesalers were not interested in my car, due to reported damage. When I refused to trade in my car at that price, the manager eventually claimed that he had convinced a wholesaler to buy the car at a better price. Just days after buying my car, however, the dealership itself listed it for almost $5,000 above the final trade-in price, with NO mention of the damage in the listing. Second, a string of statements and representations by the salesperson, which were later contradicted by the manager, or simply retracted, called the dealership's honesty and integrity into question. I would NOT buy from that dealership again. Did I mention that it took three attempts before the service department could professionally repair preexisting damage on the wheels of the car they sold me?

    I FOUND MY CAR ONLINE, AND CONTACTED BMW OF SPRINGFIELD. THEY HAVE VERY GOOD WITH COMMINICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. JEREMY HAS BEEN GREAT. I AM STILL... IN PROCESS AND HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY NEW CAR! BUT I AM VERY HOPEFUL THAT IT WILL BE AS AMAZING AS THIS PROCESS HAS BEEN. WILL KEEP YOU POSTED!!!

    Go elsewhere. I would not recommend them to anyone. At the beginning everyone was nice, helpful and professional. As soon as they got my signature everything... changed. Left numerous massages for salesperson that I was dealing with and the sales manager. No one called me back for several days. Issue still unresolved. When you pay for the car that drives like Jetta but cost twice as much you would expect more respect...

    Call 10 before I drove an hour to see if they still had the car which he told me yes they do only to get there for the same guy tell me they sold it

    I recently went into BMW for my first visit. I walked in and was greeted by Manny and he walked me over to April. April greeted me very genuinely and made... me feel very welcome. I spoke to her for a few and she saw I had a loaner and got me started right away with Sheryl. These 2 are like a tag team of smiles and courtesy. To say i loved the experience is putting it mildly. April walked me over to Jacob and introduced me pulled my chair out and handed me his card. She also said if there was anything I needed to not hesitate to ask and that they would be happy to help. Jacob tells me shes awesome. I'm impressed car was as promised but what did it for me was these 3 employees. I will tell my partners about this team. April and Sheryl explained the concierge and loaner service, Loaner fleet and so on. I'm excited to see what this staff has next. They explained of the changes in the store set up is fantastic. The young man in parts Marc D great kid and very informative. April walked with me and introduced me to him as her work son. Marc gave me a discount on a great BMW bike I bought my son. Best money I've spent sad I wasn't allowed to tip them. Very great experience.

    I had a service appointment I was greeted by April & Jocelyn Teamwork was Amazing Jocelyn confirmed my appointment April sat me with Jacob K Jacob & April... say Teamwork makes The Dreamwork made me feel like I was dealing with not just a team but a "Team" April walked me over to Massage Chairs checked up on me while I fell asleep in the chair brought me a coffee made me feel like this is a Dealer above any other they introduced me to George the Service Director and I felt even more comfortable my car was done as promised on time and treated like a Queen !     From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out the door I was treated phenomenal. Nicole was the 1st who received my call then greeted... me when I arrived to dealing with wil in the service department. They made me feel so comfortable.     Let me start by saying I been taking my 650 and my M3 here to get serviced for the last 4 years and they always take care of me and my cars so when it... was time for a new car wasn't no different. Jeremy was great honest and upfront. I had a lot of questions he even stayed an hour after they was closed just to make sure all my questions was answered. Tom the sales manager made the paperwork an buying process quick even with my not so good credit I was able to get into the car I wanted hands down this was the best car buying process I ever had thanks Tom and Jeremy you guys are the best

    My credit isn't the best but Jeremy and the sales manager Tom not only did they get me into the car I wanted but gave me some good information about my... other car situation as well. I never felt pressured to buy or sign anything. Jeremy stayed an extra hour after they was closed just to make sure all my questions was answered. I felt like a king there and I love my M6 convertible I'm just waiting for the summer time thanks Jeremy and Tom you guys are the best!!!
