After seven visits the trans is still not fixed
The loaner dept is top notch, the service advisers that I have been assigned not so good and who ever is working on the transmission hasn't fixed the issue after 6 visits.

Love my Edge!
Undecided on what kind of vehicle to get, my sales rep, Raphael, was very kind and patient with me. It took 3 visits to narrow down the perfect vehicle for me. Raphael was extremely patient with me. (I can be a real piece of work at times:-) at the end of the transaction, I drove out of the dealership with the best Edge created and a piece of mind that I had made the right decision. The dealership was very accommodating, clean and courteous. I hope the next customer has the same pleasant experience as I had. Happy car shopping!

Ford 2020 purchase
This is the second time we look for Jorge to be our sales person.. Jorge is very professional and knowledgeable and made every effort to make sure we got what we wanted in the vehicle we purchased. Great car buying experience
My salespersons were Tatiana and Sergy. Tatiana was great she knows the vehicles. She was patient we test drove a couple of vehicles and she made sure we found the one that checked everthing I wanted. Sergio got my financing done in record time . I would definitely recommend Maplecrest Ford. If you want knowledgeable non pushy salespeople this is the place.
