Lease 3-series from Peter Mers

I can't say much about the dealership because I was in an out within 30 minutes. I would 100% do my next transaction with Peter for my next BMW. He was honest, fair and applied no pressure to the deal. Whip out a calculator and you will realize the deal is fair and straightforward. I'd recommend him for anyone looking for a BMW in the area.

Took care of my every concern

Had a major issue on my 2010 X5 and contacted Angelo to see what I needed to do. He got me in immediately and had a loaner car ready for my wife when she arrived. He took care of everything and assured me that there would be no issue getting the repair done. They had the product in stock (oil pan replacement) and had the car completed in 2 days. Car was cleaned inside and out and service was perfect. I can't thank AJ enough for everything he has always done for me with service on all my BMWs. Thanks again!

Sean was excellent throughout the sales process, well informed, pointing out unique vehicle features and options that I wasn?t aware of. He did a great job making sure that the vehicle would meet all of my expectations when I came to pick it up, and the few items that needed additional follow-up, he promptly scheduled a service appointment to ensure that they would be completed. BMW X5 Service

The staff at Joe Perillo has been great to work with over the past few months. I purchased my slightly used 2011 BMW X5 from them in the fall of 2013. Seth was great to work with during this process. Since then, they have serviced my car a few times to get a few minor bugs worked out. They have been very diligent about making sure my car is function properly. On my last visit, my Service Adviser was Angelo. He was friendly and helpful as usual. Thanks Angelo for taking the time to get everything right!

Recent Service Visit

Just bringing in my X3 for 10K service. Called on a Monday, got the exact day that i wanted with a loaner..........it could not have been easier. Albin called me before noon to tell me it was done. This is why I have purchased my fourth vehicle from Perillo..........seamless!

Ken is the best!

I have had several customizations done to my X6 and every time the work has been great! Ken is awesome. He is very supportive, responsive and helpful. His follow-through and service is outstanding. Just today, I recommended a friend to him and I will continue to do so. Although some of the services are a lot higher than other places, the service and the guaranteed satisfaction makes it all worth it.
