What a wonderful sales person. Elvis was very patient and helpful. Not your typical sales person. I bought a 2012 Honda accord.

customers first

Went shopping around for a new car, wasn't sure if I wanted to lease or buy ... Stumbled across a blog that was talking about Route 22 Honda..At first impression, I thought that (from even having a blog) that they were interested in reaching out to consumers...So I called in spoke with one of the reps and set up an appointment. The next day, came in, quick and easy process, dealt with Ron and my first impression was exceeded... first car dealership that I have come across that actually focuses on customers first. Very impressed, will def recommend.

I was searching of a preowned vehicle, and I used cars.com it lead me to route 22 honda, I called and spoke to a sales rep who answered all my questions and I came down the next day and purchased a 2009 honda civic

Buying a car from Abdel couldn't be easier

I was in the market for a used CR-V and called in and scheduled an appointment with Melissa. When I came into the dealership I was helped by a sales rep named ABDEL. He was very helpful and considerate, went through the entire used inventory to view the cars available, and helped me narrow my selection to several cars in my budget. We test drove the cars until I finally found the perfect car. He helped me get a great rate on my finance with no hassle! Buying a car is always a headache but working with this rep made everything so much easier. I recommend everyone to this dealership and I strongly recommend you ask for Abdel!

I had made a appointment with joel to test drive a 2008 accord the slaes person had it in front of the door waiting for me and my wife to test drive than show me repair order and autocheck,we drive it home about 1 hour later about the time joel said.

Read the fine print

I agree with the other review. Route 22 Honda advertizes prices, then adds all sorts of fees. For example, they charge a $395 "doc fee" on all sales. This is nothing more than "additional dealer profit" disguised as a mandated charge. Additionally, it was almost impossible get anyone there to call me back. Absolutely horrible customer service; I would NEVER buy a car from Route 22 Honda. Go somewhere else, like I did. There are plenty of other good Honda dealers out there.

Add $3800 to the price....

The vehicle was listed for $16,395. When I got there they said price excluded $1500 loyalty and $500 recent graduate discount. They also said the vehicle was not "truly certified", and it required to pay $1800 to actually get certified. It's sad they make people waste their time, I drove from NY to NJ.
