Route 22 Honda

Jean was amazing! Personable, didn't oversell me, asked what I needed not just wanted. I felt like I walked away with a bond! My husband wants to switch to Hona now, so we shall see. I wish there was built-in maintenance for their lease vehicles for the entire term, that's my only feedback - for what you pay for, there should be!

So very happy with Rt22 Honda service department. Absolutely the best. So happy I switched to them a few years ago. Highly recommend.

We are still waiting for an email response to a terrible customer service experience. To make matters worse the receptionist transferred my call to the que and now every time I call it goes straight to voicemail.. says alot about the customer service that is non existent. I have called several time prior and was informed that Mr. Newman would contact us w are still waiting and now as mentioned above the voicemail is full for the receptionist and she does NOT answer our calls.

Ace was a very friendly and kind person from the first day. He showed me all the options I had and made the transaction process very simple. I am extremely satisfied with the car that he offered me.

Worst experience!! I purchased a car here before in 2019 and I have referred friends and family members. My sister in law went to get a car for her son’s graduation in June 19 2023 and purchased the Honda Civic from Adriana Gomez (sales agent) she took all my info and to process the check request for the referral and they never sent me the check. Five months later when I called this lady she was very rude and unprofessional. And she said that she don’t anything about it. Im very dissatisfied with Rt. 22 Honda I will never so business with them or referral anyone to this dealer.

Mrs. Shinn made sure we left that day with a great deal; she put us the customers first, and our best interests. She was very knowledgeable, efficient, kind, customer-centered, and mostly patient.
