I usually don’t write a review specially when I don’t have anything nice to say but I was forced to write this. I went to buy an Accord and... told the salesperson I had only one requirement that the car should have apple car play since I drive for a living. The first issue was that the car I was given was not checked before delivery and the AC on a new car was not working. I had to waste another day to rectify it. After that I tried to connect my iPhone but it did not work. When I took it to the dealership I was informed this is the only model that does not have car play. The manager Ivan told me he will get back to me with a solution within a day two weeks later with no response I called back and he told me I can get an after market cheap navigation. I told him that was not what I wanted he promised me again to come up with a solution and it has been another two weeks and no call. Please stay miles away from this location not professional at all.
Bought a new car awesome people and great customer service. Spoke with the manager Michelle she answered all my questions and had me in and out in no time.
This is my first-time experience with Metro Honda. Henry Ong was dealing all lease paperwork. He is very nice, humble person, not forcing, dominating or... crazy typical salesman. He paid attention to my need. I did not see him. He did have the car that I was looking for. He gave different options though. He asked me how much I can offer, he took the note and did not say anything about my offer. He went to the Sales manager's section, I saw they were talking. Then Sales manager Marroquin came and talked. She is more generous, humble and respectful. She told what is possible or not. After couple back and forth negotiation she offered an acceptable price. I like to say, these 2 persons changed my mind about the salesperson's crazy, forcing behavior or rude behavior.
Roselen was extremely helpful on my initial contact with Metro Honda, and the reason I visited the next day. She introduced me to Ivan, the sales rep,... who wasn't pushy and the sales manager, who sealed the deal. My wife and I were happy with the final tally, and the time Andres spent preparing us with the operation of the Accord. This was a more friendly and knowledgeable dealership, than I have dealt with in the past.

Took care of the noises in my car, from now on My car service will be with her, I had the noise for more tha a year.

Keep yourself away from this scam place. They are just need your money in order to take it....you will waste a lot of time. They gave me many different... stories back an forward with in 3 days.....at the end they said we need $7000 downpayment to done the deal. IN FRONT OF GOD KEEP AWAY
My service technician (sad to say I do not have access to his name) receives a 5 star in professionalism and taking the initiative in correcting a situation... that I was not completely happy with. Going out of his way to be observant of my concerns and responding in such a pleasant way, left such an impression on me. I will continue to return to this Honda dealership for service as long as the example in customer service remains to be an important part of service.

My car have fully stopped with a bad battery and I called late Metro Honda to see if they can take my car to check it and I spoke with Dayan and she was... very nice to tell me I was able to coming right a way and as soon as I arrived I spoke with Steven Delacruz the service advisor which he was very nice and took the car right a way. Thank you for all your help.

Steven, my sales rep. Was MORE than helpful and courteous. He made sure I was aware of exactly what they were going to do to my car. He checked with... me at intervals and then explained the whole bill. He also followed up with an E-Mail message. Over & above he helped me with problems I was having w/ my GPS.

I???m a stickler for receiving customer service and I must say that my service technician Steven D exuberates it. I came in for a routine oil change and... he provided timely and helpful advice. He???s extremely attentive and listened to any concern I had about my vehicle and ensured I received all of the appropriate information. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale. Great Job Steven D!
