Two days in service for a scheduled oil change, tire

Two days in service for a scheduled oil change, tire rotation and Sync s/w update is ridiculous. And this is the second time a simple scheduled service took two days. Also, I had to call at end of each day to find out status of service because Route 23 Automall made no attempt to contact me.

Michael was wonderful to work with.

Michael was wonderful to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and interested in my life style and reasoning for choosing the Bronco and my trim of choice. He made the buying process stress free. Overall the dealership was pleasant, professional and offered full visibility into the buying process. Highly recommend Mike and Rte 23.
