knowledgeable polite staff

your staff solved the problem of the engine light problem, but did not find the problem of why the my truck chokes when I try to apply more power, my truck still runs bad the same way when I brought the truck in on this past Friday. I'm wondering if could be the fuel injection, tune-up I don't know. I need to arrange to bring my truck back in to be checked out.

Always satisfied!

I'm always satisfied with my services at Webb. I had a scheduled appointment and was taken care of quickly. My wait time was as expected. Additional services were recommended but not forced. When I leave Webb, I am never disappointed.

great service

I was there in your service department to have my power windows repaired. The part had to be ordered. Scott was very helpful and informative as was Mitch. Mitch would be an excellent salesperson I will soon be in the market for a new vehicle. I was not considering a Chevy, but after my discussion with Mitch, I am seriously considering either the Equinox or the Impala.

Roberto was very friendly as he always is. Made sure everything was taken care of checked for any recalls and explained what was done when my car was ready. Not everyone there does that. Thank you...

love the fact that I don't have to worry about finding a way home, they offer local pick up service for me, which relieves a lot of stress

Great Service Experience

At the time I arrived the check in area seemed to be really busy and Josh was alone, but Brace, the Service Manager stepped out his office and helped out where he was needed. He promised me a wait time that was almost accurate.

great service, courteous and professional salesman

The salesman Gerard Laud was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Silverado I was interested in. He was very courteous, professional and seem to be honest.
