I TRULY WISH YOU COULD RATE NO STARS!! I came in just to have an antenna system replaced and a key fob configured. After (6)!!! days and over (30)!!! hours... of time sitting at their facility, I get my Corvette back and not only does the new antenna not work, my radio does not work, my cars door locks are all screwed up, I have major electrical issues going on all of which started the day I pulled out of your lot with the new antenna which worked for 10 minutes and then everything went dead. I bring it back and the first day, they could not get to it in the 6 ADDITIONAL hours I was there. I made another appointment and after 7 HOURS MORE!!!, the car is given back to me with nothing fixed and told it was nothing they did and told me I had to find a part that is discontinued.The part I was told to get DOES NOT EXIST!!! I have called and spoken to Mike Lewis (ONCE) who said he would call me RIGHT BACK after he spoke to the Tech who checked out the car but he did not!! I called numerous times after and was told he was busy and would call me back and I also left to many voicemails to count with no return call. I had absolutely NO ISSUES with any of the the above stated problems until the service dept at Webb Chevrolet Oak Lawn got a hold of my car ((My Radio And Antenna Still Worked, Antenna Had A Slight Bend And You Can Not Replace Just The Antenna I Was Told So I Had To Replace The Antenna Motor Also)) and now they are freezing me out and failing to fix problems I am now told by a shop that does nothing but work on Corvettes that it is a certainty that the problems were caused by the Webb service dept as I explained how I watched the installer actually install the antenna through a window on a over head door and he stated (he had to use the braille method,IE, install the lower components by touch as a lift was not available for my car so he crawled under a Corvette. That's about 8-10 inches of space and he is screwing things and connecting things with out even being under the car to see what he's doing!! I am going to continue and try and work this out for a few more days (I will be going into their shop one of those days)and will update if I am successful. Wish Me Luck But I Am Not Holding My Breath For A Breakthrough!!

Set up an appointment with Megan for today at 1 PM. Told her exactly what the problem was and explained issue in full detail. Appointment was set and I... arrived for service. Upon being checked in, Fabian explained that the part I needed was on back order and my car could not be fixed today. No one told me this while making an appointment and I had a very horrible experience with my car/service appointment in January (GOOGLE REVIEw). Spoke with manager Mike and was only told I would be called when part came in. I would not have came if I was told this in the beginning while making appointment. Now I have to wait for a part after driving my car to get fixed. I really don’t appreciate being given the run around for the 2nd time.

I just recently made a purchase of my (first) brand new car (2018 Chevy Sonic LS). At first, I was optimistic due to my low credit scores. However, Leo... Sanders went above and beyond to ensure that not only I get the best deal available but also made sure I stay within my budget range. I'm shocked that this actually happened. Prior to going here I went to other dealerships (Phillips Chevy in Lansing and Marinos Jeep Dodge) and just was not a good experience for me because those dealerships gave me inaccurate numbers and almost stole money from. Leo, a good sales rep he knows his Ps and Qs, he will not leave you in the dark (that's just not his style) on anything and above all he has to be one of the better sales rep out at Webb Chevy. Webb Chevy overall, has an outstanding group of workers there. If you're looking for a new car or quality services Webb Chevy is the place and if you're looking for a good sales rep ask for Leo Sanders.

I had a great experience with Kenneth Barnes as my dealer. He was very knowledgeable and patient in the process of me getting the car I wanted. After buying 30+ cars from various dealerships this dealership is absolute garbage, and the worst experience I ever had by far. Filled with con artists... and incompetent employees. Less then 24 hours of buying a car I had to return due to a major oil leak, loud clunking sound and the running light falling out of the car. After being assured it was properly fixed I had to return 2 day later, again with the same exact problems and almost lost the running light this time in the traveling. Finally after some back and forth was allowed to switch into the same vehicle but a model year newer. Now after only 2 weeks with the new car I will be getting ready to bring it to a different dealership for service to find out why the check engine light has now come on. This dealership will not be seeing any future service or sales from me and recommend other buyers beware as I am sharing my experience and recommendation to every person I know as so they may not experience the same troubles and experience I am sure is common place with this dealership.
