Meet Freddy Padilla

I was told that my recall would be fixed once they got the piece. When I went in for my next service it was not discussed with me even though I put it on the checklist to be done at the dealer. Another time I was given a checklist for my fluids and it stated that my coolant levels were good. When I got home, my husband checked and I had no coolant. I then had to go back out and buy coolant.

The Service Department is always professional and courteous. They keep me informed about the status of my car.
