Watch out for Dealer Price Adjustment ($5K in my case). Watch also for zero value added fee “Dealer Prep Fee” (close to $1K in my case). No other dealers I have been to were adding them. Also don’t get fooled by their criticisms of other dealers. They tried to degrade other dealers and their offers instead of upgrading their’s.

Overall it was a good experience. Price listed on cars.com was honored and description was also accurate. If they were little flexible While negotiating contact price I would have given them 5star rating.

Today I met with Richard M., who was referred to me by Nicolas M. both employees here and I had a great experience. Everyone was kind and welcoming, but Richard really stood out. He wasn’t pushy at all. He listened to what I could do and worked with me every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond and helped get me into my 2026 Corolla Cross. I also met with Michael F., who was very informative when it came to protecting my vehicle. Everyone I interacted with provided excellent customer service, and I would 100% recommend Glen Toyota to anyone looking for a car.

Our salesman Tom DiStefano Mike Finn and Genararo Rosario are all great in helping My twin daughters and my wife all get their new crs. They all are a rue asset to Glen Toyota and the reason we always get our cars from Glen Toyota. All are very professional and helpful in attaining our three Corollas

Mae was very patient throughout the process and helpful answering any questions that I had. She understood the importance of making an informed decision. Mae gave me ample opportunity to consider available options. I appreciated all her efforts throughout the test-driving process. Nelinson was also helpful and answered all of my questions. Nelinson explained the different warranties and service package options without any pressure.

Apparently the people who wrote all those five-stars review don't care about prizes. It is THE ONLY dealer in north NJ (I was shopping for Toyota and visited 4 other dealerships)that has the routine of adding few THOUSANDS dollars to the sticker with hand-written note:" Market adjustment"!!!!!!! It's a slap in the face message to the customer: " Hey it's seller market, buy it or someone else will buy it". I will NEVER visit Glen Toyota for as long as they will be practicing such arrogant scalping technique. By the way: Another dealer sold me good car for good price. Where do you think I will go next time I need a car?
