Mae was very patient throughout the process and helpful

Mae was very patient throughout the process and helpful answering any questions that I had. She understood the importance of making an informed decision. Mae gave me ample opportunity to consider available options. I appreciated all her efforts throughout the test-driving process. Nelinson was also helpful and answered all of my questions. Nelinson explained the different warranties and service package options without any pressure.

Apparently the people who wrote all those five-stars

Apparently the people who wrote all those five-stars review don't care about prizes. It is THE ONLY dealer in north NJ (I was shopping for Toyota and visited 4 other dealerships)that has the routine of adding few THOUSANDS dollars to the sticker with hand-written note:" Market adjustment"!!!!!!! It's a slap in the face message to the customer: " Hey it's seller market, buy it or someone else will buy it". I will NEVER visit Glen Toyota for as long as they will be practicing such arrogant scalping technique. By the way: Another dealer sold me good car for good price. Where do you think I will go next time I need a car?
