If I could give zero stars, I would. The service center at Audi of Upper Saddle River is hands down the worst I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment you walk in, they treat you like you’re an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. There’s no respect, no transparency—just one excuse after another. They constantly lie about repair times, telling you something will take a few hours, only for it to drag on for days with no updates. When you finally get someone on the phone, you get nothing but the runaround—excuses, delays, and more unnecessary services that somehow take priority over the actual repairs your car needs. It’s as if they care more about padding the bill than actually fixing your vehicle. If you value your time, money, and sanity, take your car somewhere else. This place is a joke, and they have zero regard for their customers. Audi should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this service center.

This dealership needs to bring back Jay and Samantha, they keep the Service department efficient and keeping customers happy. 9/6 - Loaner car returned - which means less threats from the General manager for $75.00 and a visit by the police department, over an Audi, Service and Sales issue that JD refused to resolve quickly. No customer should be talken to in a belittling snarkey way over the phone as I was from Tal. I have been without my vehicle for 3 weeks with no resolution in sight. .Then he wonders why the next day I didn't take his call. That's why, I am in finance and always treat my customers with respect. Customers are #1 priority and always correct. 9/6- Service Dept. Confirmed my vehicle will be prepared for tow pick up on 9/7. 9/7- Arrived to close bill and have vehicle towed. My vehicle was left in the corner lot after they confirmed it would be prepared for tow. Before the tow arrived I went to the Service Dept for assistance and informed by the Service Advisor that my Tow driver would handle it. OK! I was not expecting that response. My tow arrived and the gentleman tried maneuvering in the tight space and was unsuccessful. Luckily a member of Management saw what was happening and took care of the situation. 9/7 - my vehicle is now in the care of a concerned, caring & highly recommended establishment for review on Monday. When Audi America turned my case over to Kimberely in Sales for assistance . The response was quick and professional as all my experiences have been except she said she would work the numbers and call me back and have Ava get with me for the cars available. Days went by and nothing happened. Except an email from Kimberly this week to cover their tracks for dropping the ball. Only an Audi and Jack Daniels customer since covid, some issues with JD that could be resolved but nothing ever like this mess. I still love my Audi , but my service and future Audi needs for myself, friends and family will not be from Jack Daniels. EX Jack Daniels USR CUSTOMER

There are plenty of other dealerships in the area, strongly suggest you stay away from this one. I have scheduled a test drive for the car I am planning to lease, and the sales person (Ava Park) canceled the appointment because on the previous visit I have mentioned that I intend to shop around for the best deal - but will allow the dealership to match the price first, of course. And she canceled the appointment because I would not agree to buy the car from them BEFORE the test drive! You can’t make this up… Obviously I have successfully scheduled a test drive with another Audi dealer a few miles from this one. Stay away and don’t waste your time on these fools.

this dealership is a zero. my son called this morning and made an appt for a used tiguan. we travelled 1.5 hours and when we arrived, on time, actually early, Will told us that someone is taking it and soon thereafter, we were told it was sold. then as we were pulling out of the parking lot, they said its not sold. my son went into the dealership and they wanted us to wait. maybe it wasn't signed yet and they wanted a back up for the sale. the game playing here is rediculous.. no way we're wasting any more time....crappiest experience i have ever had at a dealership!

The MVP Award goes to Javier Hernandez, who knows the Q5 technology like the back of his hand and is courteous, friendly and patient when explaining it all to a new Audi owner like me. A positive buying experience is good, but a customer's experience can turn sour quickly if overwhelmed or frustrated by the unfamiliar technology features or incomplete explanations at the date of sale. All dealerships need a Javier on their team!

Purchased a new car but the airbag was failing on week 1.
Purchased a new car but the airbag was failing on week 1. They said that I broke the sensor and would cost almost 2k to fix it. I did not think it was right but they told me to talk to Audi who told me to talk to the dealer. Does make me want to buy my next car elsewhere.

I just picked up my new 2024 Audi SQ5 and it’s a great
I just picked up my new 2024 Audi SQ5 and it’s a great vehicle. It’s everything I was looking for and more. My sales consultant Mario Passafiume was extremely helpful with my decision making process as I was interested in a few different vehicles. His knowledge of the product line was very impressive. Andy Kim was very thorough when going over my new vehicle’s warranty and the available protection. He made my delivery process extremely leasant as well.

Unfortunate circumstances lead me to shop for a new car
Unfortunate circumstances lead me to shop for a new car but it was incredible luck that lead me to Jack Daniels Audi and Gracie Cornelio the most pleasant salesperson (in history). I dread, dislike car shopping. My recent experience with Gracie has changed all of that. Gracie patience and sweet disposition won me over. Carlos and Gracie attended to my 1000’s of questions and doubt. Justin in finance was so helpful and amazing as well. I am still pinching myself because I can not believe how wonderful this car shopping experience was. Thank you so very much for this pleasant experience. Anyone shopping for a car should run, not walk to see Gracie and her colleagues at Jack Daniels Audi Upper Saddle River!

Unfortunate circumstances lead me to shop for a new car but it was incredible luck that lead me to Jack Daniels Audi and Gracie Cornelio the most pleasant salesperson (in history). I accompanied my daughter to Jack Daniels in Upper Saddle River, NJ to have her 2013 Audi repaired. Jack Stewart was AMAZING. We spoke to him prior to our appointment and was told the parts had to be ordered. They arrived as expected and when we arrived he treated us as if we were his only customer. The Service Department is amazing. When they finished with the car, they called my daughter via a live video where the service technician told us exactly what he did. He left no questions unanswered! All in all, JD is the place to go - A Very Appreciative Customer.

NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!!!!! Absolutely worst experience!!!!! Terrible service!!!!!! Completely unorganized and extremely unhelpful!!!!!! I bought my car from here back in 2020 as basically new (18,000 miles on it). I brought my car in for a "quick system update" and was told it would be ready that day. When I went to pick up my car, it took them over 30 minutes to look for my keys. The mechanic returned without them and stated that my car was not ready for pickup yet even though I received 2 voicemails stating otherwise. It has been a MONTH and they have not provided me any updates regarding their reasoning for the delay or status of my vehicle. My "service coordinator" fails to return my phone calls or is "absent". They have failed to accommodate me in any way, and have left me without a car for the duration.
