TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!

NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!!!!! Absolutely worst experience!!!!! Terrible service!!!!!! Completely unorganized and extremely unhelpful!!!!!! I bought my car from here back in 2020 as basically new (18,000 miles on it). I brought my car in for a "quick system update" and was told it would be ready that day. When I went to pick up my car, it took them over 30 minutes to look for my keys. The mechanic returned without them and stated that my car was not ready for pickup yet even though I received 2 voicemails stating otherwise. It has been a MONTH and they have not provided me any updates regarding their reasoning for the delay or status of my vehicle. My "service coordinator" fails to return my phone calls or is "absent". They have failed to accommodate me in any way, and have left me without a car for the duration.

We purchased an Audi Q7 and had a great experience with Danielle! Very knowledgeable and took her time to explain the car to us in great detail so we were comfortable making an informed decision. I would hight recommend working with Danielle should you need a new Audi!

I had an appointment to purchase a car coming off lease

I had an appointment to purchase a car coming off lease this Saturday. Fees were agreed upon and discussed prior to my arrival. To my surprise, a new fee (security inspection) suddenly reared its ugly head when I arrived and the salesperson spoke to her manager. This fee was higher than all other fees discussed previously. I decided to purchase the car directly from the leasing company because the fees imposed by this dealership are absurd.

Absolutely amazing as always!

Absolutely amazing as always! Made a quick call with Miss T at Front Desk, she got the Service Dept ASAP for an appointment for change on a flat/damaged tire with Dani, in Service. Giovanni helped with the process all the while I was there. He kept constant updates with me on how the car is being managed and how long it will take. Knowing my kids and I outgrew the current A4, I lease with Audi Jack Daniels Upper Saddle River, I gave it a try to browse a bigger car with them. Adam Z in Finance, (super cool guy!) with whom I worked last time to lease my current car, introduced me to Anna Aslanian in Sales and Carlos in Finance. They all worked with me on the best car option and the best monthly lease rate. The entire team just made my day! I drove in to change the spare tire with a new one (NYC - fix the potholes on GWB please!) and I drive out of the dealership with a 2022 Q5! Again, absolutely friendly and courteous, seamless service as always! Thank you Anna, Adam, Carlos, Miss T, Giovanni, Dani and everyone involved! Now I have the new Q5 for a week already and can't wait to drive it out a 2nd weekend in a row Upstate NY! The car runs smooth, we all feel safe in it, I'm very happy to stay with Audi and always feels like home when I drop by the Jack Daniels Upper Saddle River Dealrship! THANK YOU All :) <3 <3 <3 Gigi

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Q3 with Derek Hopson. He made the process stress free, and pleasant. Adam Zanrocki was very professional, and walked me through the entire finance process in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this dealership. No need to go anywhere else.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE! The temperature sensor on my 2021 q5...

THEFT FROM VEHICLE! The temperature sensor on my 2021 q5 hybrid failed when I was about 7 miles from this dealer. The service advisor I dealt w/Samantha was great even though the part would take 10 days to arrive and there was no loaner for a week, she booked it for me for the next week. Unfortunately, they ended up keeping my car for 3 weeks (not her fault). BUT when I got my car home, two brand new expensive bathroom fixtures were missing from my trunk. I called twice and a service advisor apologized and said they would call me back they did not. After a third call I was said the GM would call me back. Finally the service manager, Blanca Simpson called me to say this was the first she was hearing of it, and that this does not happen at their dealership. I said it happened to me and she said she had checked the video and found nothing. I asked if she had checked 3 weeks worth of video and she proceeded to repeat over and over that 'this does not happen at our dealership'. It was a useless, unprofessional attempt to cover themselves for something that is inexcusable.

I had the pleasure of working with Danielle to purchase a 2018 Audi that I saw on carfax. She really was a pleasure to work with. I called to inquire about the car and set up an appointment. She met with me and made sure that I received the advertised price. She also got the one of the hefty fees taken off. I decided to sleep on the purchase, but assured her that I was going to come back the next day to complete the sale. She contacted me one time to set the appointment. She wasn't overly aggressive and you could tell that she wanted to make the sale, but she really wanted for me to have a great car buying experience (because we all know what a horrible one looks like). Now if you get the opportunity to work with the finance manager Carlos Amaya, you will be very happy. He knows his stuff, very professional and will work with you to get you where you want to be in terms of financing. Never one time did I feel pressured or that they were trying to be shady. I definitely would recommend my family and friends to this dealership. The car is beautiful by the way.
