No thank you, Filip!!!
After looking on the toyota website I found a certifitied Highlander listed at Toyota Universe. Tia Davis there internet person made me an appointment with Filip Antoun to test the Highlander.When I got there I sat at Filip.s desk for 45 minutes while he tried to location the vehicle for me. He tried to explain to me then it may have been moved to one of their other lots because of the snow we had a few days earlier. I said OK and to give me a call when he could locatio the SUV. He then tried to get me to look at some other vehicles that they had in stock. I told him I was not interested in that and would wait for his call. I then asked me if I could wait a few more minutes and meet with his boss. The used car manager, who's name I can't recall told me the Highlander was in the sevice department and I would be the first person to see and test drive the vehicle on Friday., so I made another appointment for Friday at 3 PM. After being called and reminded by the dealership 5 or 6 times that I had an appointment , Filip called me and told me tat the Highlander I wanted was no longer available. When I first got home later that day I received phone calls from the dealer asking why I didn't make the appointment. LOL. Today, Saturday I get a phine call from another manager at the dealership and told me that" MY" Highlander was sold to someone else who was willing to pay more then the internet price. Then they had the nerve to have another salesperson call and ask me if I wanted to look at something else. The Highlander that I was interested in was most likely sold long before I first inquired about it or was sold out from under me. Either way that is no way to operate and treat your customers.

I have bought two vehicles from "Ali" and have sent family members to buy from him as well. He is fair and really tries to meet your needs without any pressure. He wants his clients to be happy and I can honestly say I'm really happy. I love love love my 2015 Venza and when I'm ready to get another car "Ali" will be my man again! A pleasant experience
It was December 24, a day that my husband and I could go last minute Christmas shopping together since both of us were off and there were no kids activities. We had thought about buying a Toyota Sienna to replace our somewhat aging minivan for a few months so had planned to go car shopping. I made an appointment before we went. A smiling Mr. Michael (Mike) Garcia at Toyota Universe was introduced to us after we arrived (later than our appointment since it was pouring) and then three of us started experiencing the car buying/selling experience together for the next few hours. My husband and I already discussed what we would like to have at home, so Mike informed us the manufacture incentives and financing options and answered various questions we had for him. Mike was knowledgeable and professional; he was also courteous and friendly, so I enjoyed the conversation and interaction and did not feel too much stress. Although my husband and I originally planned to visit at least two other dealers with the limited hours we had that day, Mike was able to convince us to eventually to buy a car from Toyota Universe that day. Overall, it is a very pleasant experience. A few factors contributed to this successful car purchase experience: 1) self education through reading information on the internet (including finding dealers with good reviews, such as Toyota Universe), so we went as educated customers, 2) An earlier visit to another dealer (also receiving a very nice service) helped us to reconsider some factors, so we became more prepared, and 3) Mike and the facility he represents gave us confidence that they were interested in satisfying customers? interests while also making profits for themselves. It was the day before Christmas with pouring rain, but the positive energy and spirit from the special holiday triumphed. On the way home, I drove my old minivan following my husband who drove the new family addition and took advantage of the opportunity of appreciating our new car from its behind. This was a pleasant car buying experience.

Same old story...Beware of all dealership
Twice now that i have brought my wife 2008 toyota highlander to get fix and had to wait unreasonable hours. First, we had a brake job and oil change which took over 7 hours. And I had to wait second, we had an oil change on nov 28th, 2014 and I had to wait for 4 hours plus. third, twice we taken our car for service. and a day or two later we find a damage on the car. I would not recommend this dealer to a friend for services

Great service
Awesome service. Went for a test drive. My seller Edgar Arrocho was very professional and custormer friendly guide me all the way. Showed me two vehicles and gave me a great deal on a Jeep. As a first time buyer, Toyota Universe helped me in a comfortable monthly payment and helped me to all the process. Very exciting moment. A few minutes too late, sorry!
I was excited about TU as I read many great reviews. I scheduled an appointment to look at a used car with George. When I got there, he said someone has come in a few minutes before my appointment to look at the same car. But...I could still test drive the car and wait in a corner to see if the other buyer decided to buy the car or not that I was scheduled to see! WOW! Thanks! Or I could look at another vehicle in a color that I do not like. When I said I was leaving, they said, "Give me 5 minutes and I'll find out if they want it." After waiting for over 10 minutes, I left. I will never go back to this place. They could have called me to see if I was coming to give me first dibs, they could have showed them the other color, etc. I know its first come first serve but I did have an appointment to see the car and I drove there in bad weather. Disappointment. PS Button your shirt George.
