Lexus dealer is the best place to buy a car

2 years ago I was searching for a car to buy and I stop by Lexus, that was it I meet Mario Hernandez there and this men help me a lot, He show me many cars and explain many important things, so I could decide which car is for me Thank you Mario and Lexus and Lexus .

It was such a pleasant experience to have sales rep

It was such a pleasant experience to have sales rep Melvin taking care of us, best experience SUV shopping thus far. He got straight to the point (found our dream SUV) and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle features. And even though we’ve had some credit challenges, he didn’t treat us like we only had one SUV to choose from. Thanks for your patience, and closing the deal smoothly. Me and my hubby will be back soon to get our second vehicle..

Stay away—CHRIS CARDONA, Matthew Leon, John Ross

Do not waste your time going here. Listed a used car for 39k. When we got there they jacked the price to 44k. Not to mention they were disrespectful in terms of how they talk to people. They acted like they were doing us a favor and we were there begging for a handout. I never had anyone speak so disrespectfully to customers and they literally have no filter when speaking to each other In front of customers. This place needs a new sales teams along with new managers. They blamed the online sales team for listing false prices and no one knows what they are doing in this dealership. The best part is that they promised us a spare key, all weather mats , and the manuals at a later date. When my father went to pick it up CHRIS CARDONA said “not even the president is going to help you get that.” And that was a manager. The sale person MATTHEW LEON is not returning phone calls and is full of excuses of. His promise for the mats, key and manuals are saved in text messages and will be sent to Lexus corporate, better business bureau, and a formal complaint will be made with the NJ Attorney General. I finally got in touch with JOHN ROSS who is another poor excuse for a manager in which he pretended to help for a day and then refused to answer phone calls and emails thereafter. Stay away for your own good especially from MATTHEW LEON, CHRIS CARDONA, and JOHN ROSS. I hope you read this review because my company’s corporate fleet along with any clients cars will not be purchased from Lexus from now on. Keep doing what your are doing and losing money by driving away customers. Keep up the great work.

Jim Nicoletti the Salesperson at Tri-County Lexus went

Jim Nicoletti the Salesperson at Tri-County Lexus went above & beyond — locating a specific vehicle for me during a car shortage. Jim is trustworthy, professional and extremely polite. Jim listened to me and made what could be very stressful process quick and painless — the dealership made the process easy and with clear communication, no games final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). This is my 3rd Lexus purchased at Tri-County and it’s sales associates like Jim Nicoletti that keep me a loyal Lexus customer. I’ve recommended Jim to many of my friends and they also couldn’t be happier. I would like to recognize him for an outstanding job, Thank you!!!

Scammer, add $10k fee of the online price

The dealership is a scammer! Do not go here! They just use the very lower online price to acquire customers. They will add $4K for market value adjustment fee, 660 documentation, etc. finally, adding everything together, the out of door price $10K more that online price

I tired to buy a car here.

I tired to buy a car here. Their internet sales team had contacted me about a car I inquired about and we organized a test drive the following day at lunch. That AM, they even called to reassure I was still coming. But I got there and the sales team at the site had NO idea who I was, and THE CAR WAS SOLD the day earlier. Complete waste of my time. I think I can happily say I will never use this dealership ever again.
