Tri-County Lexus

This dealership is absolutely terrible . After calling them over 6 times I’ve been getting hung up on every time. After requesting to speak to the supervisor or general manager I was told they wouldn’t pick up if I was to try to speak to them . After promising to fix the front bumper of my car, cleaning it , and fixing the amplifier and scheduling an appointment I waited over 8 hours just for nothing to get fixed . When contacting to reschedule again I have yet to succeed in finding an appointment because they refuse to respond. This is just unacceptable. To add on my temporary license plate expires in 2 days and they have yet to order my original plates. Which puts me at risk of receiving a ticket. To add onto that as well the dealership is an hour from my location making it very difficult to commute with 0 communication.

I had the most best experience here at your dealership Victor was very knowledgeable on the product and he was able to assist me with finding the right car for me. And the coffee was amazing!
