My service representative was Sole. She was friendly, efficient, and thorough with her explanations of the services needed on my vehicle. She helped me understand how I could apply my discount coupon to my service that day. When the service was complete, and it was time for my complimentary car wash, she discovered that the car wash crew was in a meeting so she personally took the car through the wash herself and drove the clean vehicle out to meet me in the parking lot. That's service!
