The only reason I'm giving this dealership a 5 is because of Chris N. He was very helpful and easy to talk to. He got my fiance and I into a new lease that was workable in our budget.

No need to go anywhere else.

No need to go anywhere else. Ask for Stephen in sales if you are looking to buy a car. He was a real professional throughout the buying process. The entire buying process was actually a pleasure. Cannot remember ever saying that about buying a car. Stephen did what he said he was going to do, was easily reachable, and just a pleasure to work with. I could not be happier with my Passat. Car was ready when I arrived, all paperwork ready to go, and the car was clean as it could possibly be. Stephen also took his time showing me all various functions of the car. I will be back to Ramsey VW for another purchase.

Called about getting on a reservation list for the 2024

Called about getting on a reservation list for the 2024 ID.4 and spoke a not fully informed Sales Rep, was suddenly switched to the apparent Sales Manager. Rather adversarial from the get-go, knew less about their production schedules and pricing vs 2023 than I did from prior research with other dealers. Thanked them for their clear communications about what they thought was true and put this local dealership out of my mind for future shopping.
