Damion Lawrence was excellent throughout the process.

Damion Lawrence was excellent throughout the process. Clear and transparent about Documents and other requirements, and never over committed. Also, what I appreciated the most was that Damion valued my time as much as I do. He booked me for a set time/date to finalize documents, and I was in and out in 1.5 hours. Thank you, much appreciated 🙏🏽

Horrible.

Horrible. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this dealership. Never did tuneup on vehicle and said they did. Have pictures to prove and they don’t care. Disgraceful.

Sales guy was nice enough, friendly even.

Sales guy was nice enough, friendly even. Tried to negotiate a fair deal, they offered 30% of KBB. Had to laugh. Thrn they added on $400 for xx nitrogen filled tires, $400 for perma plate (whatever the heck that was) and tripled usual charge for doc fees Sorry, not paying $2k for charges for nothing. They wouldn't waive them, I waved bye.

When I shopped for a new car, the mgr added on $400 for nitrogen filled tires, $400 for perma plate, and tripled usual charge for doc fees I'm not idiot, don't knock 1500 off MSRP then put it back ( and more) into useless stuff

Very disappointing that you offered for me to call but

Very disappointing that you offered for me to call but then don’t return my phone call. Very poor customer experience. I’m usually not the type of person to leave a review but I feel strongly about leaving this one. I was super excited about the prospect of leasing my first BMW. I appreciate that we were able to finally reach an agreement on the selling price but things completely fell apart when it came to the upfront costs. From the beginning we made it clear that we wanted transparency on the numbers. Finally, when I challenged why there was an $11 difference the Sales Manager told me something that didn’t add up. The difference between $322 and $311 is not $17.05. The whole deal fell apart over $11. That seems utterly ridiculous and from my opinion a poor business decision and poor customer experience. Very, very disappointing. I’m sorry I’m not one of those customers that can speak to a wonderful experience.

I had bad experience with this dealership. Came for a test drive with my old car, thinking that potentially I will buy new one today. After arriving and waiting 10-15 min I was informed that car was sold even if it's still on their website. I also contacted them twice this day, via phone text message and via website chat. I gave them both model of the car and the internal stock #. It didn't matter, they were all confused, didn't know what I came for. They seem to be completely disorganized, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.
