This is the absolute worst dealership/service department I have ever been to. Bought a car from here, it had issues within 1 week so I brought it in, and they’ve now had my car for over 2 weeks with close to zero updates/communication on when it will be fixed. They either have no idea what they are doing, or are a bunch of frauds.

Very disappointed in the communication process. Vehicle was dropped off for an oil change which took two business days to complete. Unable to get through to a service representative for a day. Called multiple times without success.

Leased my current BMW from here and charged me $795 for nitrogen fill! I leased my last 3 cars from another BMW dealership but Ramsey had the car I wanted. I had such a great experience at my prior BMW dealership and the numbers agreed upon were never pulled by the Finance Department so I didn't itemize the contract before signing (my fault). Everything seemed great until I got home and ran the numbers and they didn't add up to what the manager and I agreed upon. Lo and behold there is a $795 charge for nitrogen filling my tires! Sleazy move and I should have caught it but didn't so I'm letting you know so you don't get taken advantage of like I did.

Customer service is extraordinary. I know the status of my vehicle at all times. My service advisor ( Anna) keeps me posted either via email, text message, or phone call. The treatment I receive every time I bri g my car in for service, is excellent.

Ted was extremely helpful in identifying the work that needed to be done to get my vehicle running properly again. Ted saved me some money on the job and was able to provide me with a loaner vehicle while the work was completed. Great customer service and great job overall!

Very efficient and courteous service. Recommend them to service your vehicle. But it took a long time to get connected by telephone to the service area. And when I did, they did not realize he was our for that day.

I have used three dealerships service department in the past. Ramsey Bmw is always the best in price and service. I lived 100 miles away from them now, but still would prefer to bring my cars back to them for service for peace of mind.

Full service easy process. A full video of inspection is fantastic and great. Loaner 4 series coupe was a lot of fun and serive was covered. Nice

Great job to sales person Jorge Batista for his professionalism and great customer service. He’s courteous and goes beyond his duties. Great asset for dealership.
