Truly the best experience I have had buying a car! Matt Bibbo & Tim Gallagher were honest & helpful from day 1. They were not just trying to sell a car, but they truly wanted me to be happy & satisfied! No game playing or BS. I got a great deal on my trade in & my CPO purchase & couldn’t be happier. I’ve texted Tim with questions a month after bringing the car home & he responded immediately & was a huge help. I also want to add how wonderful Christian was in helping me sync my phone & learning about the car. He was very patient & explained all the features in great detail - truly a BMW genius! I just bought a used car from this dealership. Mr. Mark Rosenblatt help me. He was very professional. I was surprised to find humanity at a BMW dealership. I have been at many BMW dealerships, I feel most sales personnel looked down on me , specially when I told them I was looking for a used vehicle. Mr. Rosenblatt went above and beyond to help me. I feel he made the difference, I give him all the credit for my good experience there.

Stubborn problem with my 528i with garage door not working. Went to dealership where they tried fixing it but to no avail. Called my sales person, Mark Rosenblatt, who said he would take care of it 30 minutes later he was at my house with Dwayne who apparently is a troubleshooting guru While I was talking with Marc, Dwayne pulled the car out of the garage and in five minutes had fixed the inside car garage door opener and had adjusted navigation system to be more efficient I could not have asked for more personal treatment even if I had the top of the line 7 or 8 series vehicles. These guys were great

After writing a less than stellar review yesterday for the dealer's lack of customer service and after being promised by the dealership General Manager Matthew Bibbo in a previous review to call me back which he still hasn't yet, how am I supposed to believe that Lathia Dealerships really care about their customers, or just certain important ones only? Disgusting to say the least. Very disappointing and I'll leave it at that.

When you have been bringing your 2 BMW vehicles there for over a year and then for no reason they stop returning telephone calls or even answer them, the question remains. How are they still in business? Yesterday I called and spoke to Nicole, she assured me she would text all service advisers and someone would get back to me within minutes. It's now 27 hours later, and nothing. I decided to follow-up again today and the female who answered the phone couldn’t care less so she transferred me to a main number and it rang for 30 seconds or more, no one answered. I called back and asked for Phil Battaglino, General Sales Manager left a VM message and nothing. I called back and asked for Matt Bibbo, Dealer GM, an admin. Said “I’ll take a note and hand it to him.” Again nothing. My question to Lathia Dealerships is, sounds like you don’t want to stay in business much longer.

I had a great experience leasing and taking delivery of my new X1. Frank and Dwayne made the experience seamless and the financing manager was very straight forward and collaborative. My second BMW and another great experience.

They’re ghoulishly shady 👻 Like Shady AF. Stay away see all negative reviews and how similar they all are.... Coincidence? I think not. I feel I helped humanity if I can convince anybody to stop going here. My other review is on here also, Less anyone think i’m just some ex-employee with a grievance. However judging by the dead eyes on most of the employees there, the company motto should be changed to “The only people we treat worse than our customers are our employee’s”

Have been dealing with BMW of Ramsey for over 15 years. Consistent quality customer-centric service. Just upgraded by 5 series to a 2019. Worked with Jorge Batista who proactively found me a 2019 530xi and came up with a reasonable price & terms. Jorge had similarly do the same for my daughter last year. Finance team (Rob D) also straightforward & helpful. Great dealership with reputable employees. Highly recommend Jorge and the BMW Ramsey team including their servicing & parts departments
