I worked with Chris over the phone and through email and he got right back to me with answers to every question I asked. Everyone in this office was very friendly to me and my family. Working with Erik was an absolute pleasure. My wife and I came in for a test drive of the X3 and X5 and were not only pleased with the cars but with the sales experience as a whole. Erik did an excellent job helping us find the car that would fit us best, going through the options and most importantly making us feel comfortable with our decision. Due to some situations with our existing car we didn't drive out of the dealership with a new BMW, but once we get it taken care of Erik will be the first person I call.

We liked a certified pre-owned car at this dealership and were ready to make a deal if the price could be negotiated within our price range. I had a blank check to pay for the full amount on the spot. Enters the Sales Manager into picture who refused to negotiate at all and took great care to ensure that we felt unwelcome !!! No prize for guessing why. The next day I realized that the price was reduced and was within my price range. I called my salesman who was unaware that the price had dropped and promised to call me back soon. Two days later I got a call to let me know that the car was sold. I am definitely not visiting this dealership again.
