Great experience

Total cost was less then expected. I labor cost could have been a 30 min or 1 hour rate, I was charged the lesser and appreciate your trustworthiness.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous

Joe Scalo was our service coordinator. Easy to work with, always kept us updated. Pointed out some additional work that was recommended and was able to complete it during the same visit. Could not have been an easier visit.

Great leasing experience

My experience leasing my new Lexus was awesome. Hovic was knowledgeable and courteous, and helped me to get a great price on the car. I was able to leave my other car (not a lexus) at the dealership and they arranged for the end of lease inspection and returned that car for me. The whole process, from selecting a car, negotiating the price, learning all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle, and driving off after signing papers, was seamless and easy. I recommend this dealership highly.

Beyond expectations

Customer service is amazing! Every time I bring my car for service I think that there is no possible way this experience would be better than any other from previous however, they managed to exceed my expectations every time! My Service rep Jorge Reisono has been a blessing since the first day I ever serviced my vehicle. He is not only knowledgeable but very considerate of my time. He’s a genuine person! Bringing my car for service is something that I look forward to when I am visiting prestige Lexus of Ramsey!

Excellent Service

Some dealers claim they provide excellent but very few live up to them. I go out of my way, almost 20 miles, to have Prestige Lexus of Ramsey service my vehicle. That speaks for itself.

Excellent customer service!

The service I received at Lexus was beyond excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful and did everything they could to make sure my expectations were met. Special shout out to Rich, Kelvin, Carlos and Vincenzo for helping me out with me new car! I love it and am so happy I decided to go with Lexus for my second lease! I will be sure to return after my lease ends!

it was a pleasure to have my recall taken care of. at the same time it was pointed out to me that i could have my 10,000 mile service done as well. That was really nice since i did not have to come back again.

Courteous, professional, above and beyound

This was my first personal dealing with the service department. Everyone was courteous, professional and couldn't do enough to make sure my visit was pleasant and comfortable. My car was ready at the time quoted, the service given was above and beyond what was scheduled and the loaner car was perfect, not to mention state of the art.

Terrific!

The personnel are always professional and pleasant. Each person had a smile and explained each step of the process along the way. I waited for my car and was comfortable in the waiting area. I was updated regularly on the status of the service and they kept me informed as to the time I could expect to be done. The Service Manager, Mike Ceccon.is a leader in this department and has a great team. I prefer to travel from Demarest to Ramsey for this awesome service experience rather than go to a closer facility because of the people here. Well done!
