Service was was prompt complete and courteous.

Service was was prompt complete and courteous. Drove us to restaurant for lunch during service. Car was washed and ready when we came back.

Terrible experience with their finance manager Deokie

Terrible experience with their finance manager Deokie Vargas. She was rude and unprofessional. I reached out to to her about an inspection sticker that was not placed on my car after buying it new. She had a "not my problem" attitude. I reached out to general manager Kevin Gilbertson and he ignored me completely. Not even a call back. Would never buy from here again. Once you buy the car they don't care!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly apologize for any confusion or frustration caused. We understand how important it is for our customers to feel confident about their purchases. Inspection stickers are issued as part of the purchase process when the vehicle is sold. If the sticker was missing at the time, we would have happily assisted you if we had been made aware. However, since your purchase was made two years ago (2023), the length of time that has passed now requires you to have the vehicle inspected in order to have the sticker placed by the authorized inspection agency. As our team explained, we are unable to provide a sticker two years later. We would be happy to assist you with any questions you have regarding the inspection process or any other concerns you may have. Please feel free to contact us directly, and we will do everything we can to help ensure your satisfaction moving forward.

Thank you for the explanation and I totally understand that. The concern I have is about the unprofessional nature and rudeness I experienced from Deokie. I also am shocked that a manager of a dealership would be so dismissive of this incident and not even call me back. That is not a company/business I would ever want to return to. I also would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I came for maintenance, which includes oil and

I came for maintenance, which includes oil and transmission fluid change. Everything was done really fast. I also ask them to show me how my looks from the bottom. They did and we discussed what else showed be done in the near future. Nice, friendly staff. Large, clean and bright lobby for clients. Coffee machine. Free WiFi.
