First, but it won't be the last time

This is the first time visiting Park Ave BMW, but it will not be the last. From the time we walked through the door to the time we drove off with our new X5, the staff at Park Ave BMW were very friendly and helpful. Even though we already knew which car we wanted and the different features that came with the X5, Jack (our advisor) pointed out all the details that we didn't even know about the new X5. As with buying any car, the art of negotiating comes into play and negotiating with Jack was a very pleasurable experience. He did not make us feel uncomfortable in anyway. The dealership itself is very clean and our two year old daughter loves their small play area. When going in to pick up our car (even before parking in the parking lot), our daughter already mentioned going back to the play area.

Fantastic Experience!

I hate sales people, I really do. In fact I loathe them. Not so with Jeff, he blew me away with how honest and forthcoming he was. He not only found me the perfect car, but also worked out a great deal for me. He's also a really really nice guy to chat with while you wait for the paperwork to clear. I would absolutely recommend Jeff!

Excellent, Professional, Efficient

My experience at Park Ave BMW was excellent. I'd been through a few dealerships with my prior leases and most recent lease search. Victor was excellent from the beginning - helping me with all my questions, directing me to the car that best suited my needs, and pairing me with the right car at the right price. He's been a great help even after my purchasing the lease. I would recommend this dealership and especially Victor to anyone interested in driving a BMW.

Straightforward and honest

I shopped across the tri-state area for a 2011 BMW 328i and contacted approximately 10 dealers. Brett was by far the most straightforward and worked with me over email until I knew what I wanted. Brett was totally clear with me about fees and when I went to their dealer, the final pricing was exactly as described to me in email. Additional items I needed (plates and an extra key) were delivered via overnight FedEx exactly as described. Brett was a welcome relief: straightforward and helpful!

Not your typical car salesman

I never write reviews, but I had such a positive experience with the sales associate that I wanted to share my feedback. Jeff Sherman went the extra mile in all aspects of this transaction and I felt he was my partner in the transaction, not just the salesman. Thanks Jeff...you made buying a car an easy, quick and painless experience. Great service!

Patient, courteous & professional sales department

Some examples: Extensive and courteous phone and email conversations before I even came in to see the car. Later, absolute patience in my constant OCD questions and clarification requests. Even my stupid ones. No hesitation in documenting his responses in writing in emails. We even made the final deal in emails. Like many consumers now I guess, one of the things I personally like a lot about internet shopping and negotiating is that you can step away for a bit. There is no pressure-cooker intensity. You think it through. They think it through. You communicate through email You wind up with a comfortable deal all around. Danny Pieroni seems to understand this new reality absolutely. I'm certainly not the only OCD-type customer he has dealt with. He just takes it in stride. Even after I signed the contract and took possession of the car, I wrote with a particularly stupid question about the deal I had already made and signed, and again, Danny just took it in stride and helped me clarify my thinking. What patience! Incidentally, although all my early discussions were with Danny, by happenstance, the only time I could get in for the test drive he couldn't be there. Nevertheless, his colleague Gio DeBelli took me out for the ride, gave me a lot of time, and "sold me" on the car as if I were totally his customer. A professional sale department, that's for sure. Thanks for a great experience, Danny and Gio.

ASK FOR VICTOR! GUARANTEED GREAT SERVICE!

Victor was very professional and gave his honest option. You never felt pressured into anything like most car dealerships do. You can tell he loves his job which makes the customer extremely comfortable. He came off more as a friend then a car salesman! Very happy with my purchase and will recommend to others.

Excellent end to end experience with Park Ave BMW

My 2015 BMW M3 is my 5th BMW and 4th car that I have purchased from Park Ave BMW. Every time I go to Park Ave BMW I?m treated like family and have nothing but positive things to say about all of the staff. My wife purchased an X3 in August and I decided to trade in my 2008 M5, which I purchased from Park Ave BMW, and order the 2015 M3. Dan Kenny was absolutely delightfully to deal with both for my new car order and my wife?s purchase. He went above and beyond to ensure that we both were satisfied and gave me updates anytime information was available for my vehicle build. Dan knew how eager I was to pickup my vehicle that he schedule delivery and came in on his day off. I?d also like to recognize Ryan McGowan in Finance and Gregg Berkowitz the Sales Manager for also going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met with my purchase as well as Kelsi the receptionist for being so nice every time I popped into the dealership to talk to Dan. Even before I picked up my vehicle, Dan brought it to Park Ave?s excellent service department to have some things I requested to be done to my vehicle before picking it up. Larry Weiner and Dave Bergamotto made sure everything was done prior to me picking up my vehicle. From Sales to Service, I have nothing but good things to say about Park Ave BMW. I love my new BMW M3 and look forward to purchasing many BMWs in the future from Park Ave BMW.
