A waste of time
Do not buy a car from Brad. They took our deposit, pulled our credit, told us the car would be available in 3 weeks. When the time came, they said the car was not available - they could order a new one (wait another 4 weeks), or have one in a different color but add 50 dollars a month for the same specs. Unreliable and a waste of time.
My dealer Christhian was very unresponsive and ignores emails, texts, and voicemails. We had to follow up multiple times to get an answer to one question. We didn't even push him for answers to our questions and patiently waited 2-3 days until situation forced us to keep following up with him. Just to clarify, we did email him at first but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a reply back from him. When we expressed how difficult it was to get hold of him he told us to text him instead because he would answer back ASAP (which was not true). From this experience I would tell them to stay away at all cost and go to another dealership or at least avoid Christhian.

Ask for Brad!
Really appreciated the process with Brad. Emailed back and forth about the final price of the car and just had to go in and do paperwork and pick it up. Highly recommend working with him - ask for Brad if you're going with this dealership. The only issue we had was with Heather, the Finance Delivery Specialist. We hadn't gone over the registration with anyone and when we told her that we had our own plates, she got very flustered and quite annoyed at us. She told us in a huff that she had to do the paperwork all over again. We then just asked about the financing term length and she snapped at us saying "I can't change that. That's set." Not only could she have been nicer, I'm pretty sure if we said we want a shorter financing length, we can do it. She just made it feel like we were wasting her time. Would not recommend working with her at all. Overall, really liked how thorough and great this dealership was. They made sure we understood all the aspects of the car and Brad was helpful and patient with the process.
I cannot say enough about Park Ave BMW Service. Best service I have ever received. Claudio the Service Manager is an outstanding Employee for this facility. He is qualified, polite, and a pleasure to deal with.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Daniel Pieroni was excellent to deal with. I bought a lightly used vehicle that was exactly what my wife was looking for that we could not find closer to home. Despite being in St. Louis, MO and Daniel being in NJ, he made me feel comfortable enough to buy the vehicle without seeing it first. He sent me pictures and immediately answered multiple questions I asked. He also went above and beyond to have some minor scratches treated so the car arrived looking practically brand new despite being 3 years old with 17k miles. I would buy from Daniel and Park Ave BMW again in a heartbeat. It was painless and efficient as well as a pleasant surprise to deal with an honest, trustworthy car sales representative.
Used car division
Dishonest used car dept. manager who is dishonest. Sold us a complete lemon and was dishonest in regards to a carfax report. It was a terrible experience working with Andy.

WORST AUTO SALES!!
Do not buy from this dealership!!! The place is so unprofessional and disgusting. The salesman I was working with was very rude. He told me a price , and while I was on call with my wife to confirm the price I told him thatt the price he told me was higher than what online quote says.. I asked him if he can better the price. He intentionally increased the price and he is not going to make a penny less and asked me to leave
AMAZAING CUSTOMER SERVICE, REPAIR, AND BODY SHOP
I was so appreciative of the entire staff at Park Ave BMW, namely Betul, Chris, and Ralmy at the body shop! They worked so well with my insurance company to ensure a smooth process, always kept me up to date as to what was going on with my vehicle repairs via text message and calls and having a loaner car available for me was a LIFESAVER!!!! This crew is by far the BEST I have ever come across! I loved the service here so much I'll probably purchase my next BMW through them too! Seriously, the easiest and most stress-free process I've ever had at a dealer. Thank you!!
Dealer doesnt stand behind used car sales
Car was represented as certified and over 50% life on all wearable parts. Breaks were less than 10% upon inspection within 3 weeks of purchase. Repairs done at another dealership due to total car breakdown (a warranty issue). When contacted, Park Ave (Andy DiSalvo), said that they would have fixed if I took it to them for repairs. Escalated to head of BMW sales, Paul Simon, and have been ignored. Bottom line...they would have fixed, but will not stand by repair, because work was done at another dealer. Stand behind sale if they can mitigate costs. Terrible customer service. Unethical representations.
