My younger daughter wanted a BMW. I went almost to all dealers in NJ and I almost gave up on BMW until a friend of mine mentioned Park Ave BMW with the top adviser and sales person Mr. Daniel Kenny. I did not want to go so I sent my family instead. They loved Mr. Daniel Kenney who went the extra miles for to keeping up with my wife and my three teenage daughters demands and requests. The next day I went to see him. What a professional and honest person he is. He answered all my questions and stayed with me after his day was over to make sure I am satisfied. I did sign the contract and I promised myself the other 2 cars for my other daughters will be differently through him. I never felt better. If you are thinking of a BMW. trust me go to Park Ave BMW in Rochelle Park NJ and don't look around, Just ask for Mr. Daniel Kenney and I promise you that you will be in good hands. I traveled 5.5 hours from Upstate NY to lease my new car from Park Ave BMW. After communicating with their internet sales advisor Craig Cayetano, the decision was easy. Craig was straight forward in our negotiation and he found me the car I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay. There was not fuss, no muss and no "I'll have to check with my manager" ten times before we could come to an agreement. His follow up was second to none and everything that he said was going to happen, happened just the same. Upon arrival to the dealership to pick up the car, all of the staff was as courteous and friendly as can be. We were taken car of as if we had purchase ten cars there in the past. The BMW Genius, Chris Palma, who handled our delivery, was knowledgeable and friendly. When we left that day the iDrive system was programed exactly the way I wanted. Tony Jara in the finance department was on top things. All of the paperwork was organized, correct and completed to our satisfaction. While transferring my personal property from my old car to my new one, I was fortunate enough to meet Brendan McKee who's family owns and operates the business. We had a short conversation, he shook my hand and told me how very happy and appreciative he was that customers would travel 5.5 hours to a different state to do business with them. But the icing on the cake and number one reason why I will purchase any future BMW from Park Ave is this: When my car was delivered it was a overcast day. It was clean as a whistle and looked terrific. However, upon returning home after a 3 day trip up through Saratoga and the Adirondacks, I discovered that the car had loads of swirl marks in the clear coat finish. It was discovered when I parked it in the sun after a through wash. I was disappointed as you can imagine. The next day, Craig Cayetano called me to follow up on my trip and to see how I liked the new car. I explained how I had discovered the swirl marks on the car and Craig immediately took over the conversation. He apologized and gave me instructions on what to do. He instructed me to take as many photos as possible of the car to show the paint condition and email them to him. He said that he would immediately forward the photos to the appropriate people and get back to me. He assured me that I would be taken care of. So I did. Frankly, I realized that I took delivery of the car and technically it was now my problem. Wrong...within 1 hour of sending the photos, Brendan McKee called me directly. He personally apologized and apologized on behalf of the whole dealership. He had already starting researching the best auto detailing shops in my home town and said that he would be back in touch with me by the end of the day. Sure enough, by the end of the day Brendan called and asked when I was available drop the car off to have the paint finish restored. I gave him a couple of options and within 15 more minutes, he called back confirming the day and the time. At that time he informed me that he had made payment arrangements with the detailer and that Park Ave was going to cover the cost of whatever needed to be done to make it right. In fact, they even offered to rent me a car while my car was being taken car of. My car is now perfect thanks to Park Ave. What else can I say....My many thanks to Craig Cayetano, Brendan McKee, Chris Palma, Tony Jara and all of the Park Ave employees for the "Best Sales and Customer Service Experience Ever!"

I bought a car there but get registration later with wrong name. That means I paid for the car but the car is not mine! I emailed the salesman (Gio DeBelli) but he told me they cannot help, I have to deal it with myself. And I asked him about what documents I needed to prepare to fix their mistake about the wrong name on the registration. He just told me he believed I have all the documents I needed but not specify what are the documents and then he never reply my emails. I feel cheated and angry. Besides, the engine oil and refrigerating fluid is not full when I picked the car. The engine oil light request me to refill it within a month. I guess they did not fully examined the car. I bought a car from a dealer with higher price instead of private owner because I hope to enjoy their service. But PARK AVE just gave me big trouble.
