He was very attentive to getting me into the correct vehicle. The entire experience from the test drive to picking the car up was fantastic. Service was great. Daryl Hughes spoke with the salesman and determined thatI did not have tore insurance and that the tire would be checked once it was on the lift. I then learned that i would needs new tire.the technician sent a video showing the significant damage to the tire. All of the fluids iy car were topped off. Several hours later, i received notice that the car would be returned to me that afternoon. It was returned by an employee less than 24 hours after the incident occurred. I was very pleaed with every aspect of my interaction with the service department and its staff.

I spent over 1 hour in the process of dropping off my vehicle and picking up a loaner. That is unacceptable as I WFH and needed to be back quickly. The older gentleman at the front garage desk gave horrible customer service.
