Park Ave BMW

This is my fourth purchase of a BMW through Park Avenue BMW. I am always thrilled to return because I know my experience will be seamless, cost effective and without anxiety. Rob Ermatinger has been my salesperson for every vehicle and I hope he will be for every car I purchase for years to come. He is kind, truthful and extremely diligent. I know I am getting the best deal around. If I didn't, I wouldn't travel all the way to New Jersey from Connecticut for the purchase. My transactions are always easy and I am always left feeling extremely satisfied. The best sales team anywhere, bar none! No pushy "car salesmen" here!

I have been working with Chris Vender for the last 6 years at BMW of Bloomfield and when I found out that he left Bloomfield for Park Ave BMW I had to follow him and I couldn't have been happier !!! Park Ave is wonderful. They have a great waiting area with computers and breakfast.The staff is very professional and very well organized. They also had a loaner on 1 days notice which is a big difference then from what I was use to. Im very happy that I made the decsion to follow Chris to Park Ave. They will get all my business in the future with Sales and Service.

This was my 3rd purchase from Craig at Park Ave BMW. Just like the last 2 times, I walked in and got the best price for the new car I wanted and the most reasonable trade-in value on my current vehicle without having to negotiate. That was only the first part of my purchase/ownership experience. The first time shopping for a BMW at another nearby dealer, I was treated like I didn't deserve to own one. Then I reached out to Craig by phone, he apologized on behalf of the marque for the way I was treated and made me welcome at Park Ave and helped get me into my first BMW. He was open and forthright about every aspect of the deal and was an excellent communicator. He gets answers to questions or issues and responds as fast as possible. He has even made himself available to answer questions, sometimes even when he was "off the clock", and also between purchases if there are any issues-even related to service. Whenever I come to the dealership, he makes me (and my family members) feel like valued customers and old friends. He represents the marque well and contributes to the BMW Ultimate Ownership Experience* (*Trademark- I just coined that phrase) well beyond the day one signs on the dotted line.

My husband and I were in the market for an SUV, and after careful consideration and research, we decided to go with BMW. Park Ave.BMW won us over with their competitive pricing and comfortable atmosphere. Jesse Bowman was an excellent salesman and was able to answer our questions and sold us on the BMW brand without being pushy or disingenuous, highly responsive to emails, even though I am sure I probably drove him crazy with questions! I would highly recommend Park Ave. over any other BMW dealers in the area. They are just that much better! Friendly, better pricing, accommodating and the people working there seem to be actually happy at their jobs! The delivery day went smoothly, paperwork was in order and it was painless! I have yet to experience their service dept. but I am confident it will be the same great customer care. We love our gently loved X5 so far. I recently purchased my fourth BMW, and third from Park Ave BMW. The service from Gil De Oliveira and Juan Polo was excellent. They continue to provide the best service and prices. The purchasing experience was fantastic, from the initial road test to the delivery of my new car. I will continue to purchase my BMWs from Park Ave BMW. These guys are great.

I never leave reviews on anything but felt compelled to do so today. I knew I wanted a BMW 335 but was not sure if I wanted to buy or lease, Jeff Sherman explained the pros and cons of each. After finding the perfect car for me with all the features that I wanted, I ultimately ended up leasing for the first time ever. Jeff walked me through all the leasing terminology and explained it in a way that made sense to me. This was the easiest, pleasant, no hassle, no pressure car I ever bought (leased) !!! I love my new car and when my lease is up, I will be using Jeff and Park Ave BMW for sure.

Fantastic experience! I am very satisfied with this dealership and my salesperson, Aminabat Niebles (Junior). As soon as I spoke to Junior, I knew I was in good hands. He is knowledgeable and helpful and I felt at ease throughout the whole process. Junior worked with his team to get me a great deal. I'm so excited about this purchase and I am very thankful that their low price made it affordable for me. I thought car shopping would be a hassle but it was refreshing to have Junior work hard for me. He was accommodating and efficient at every step. Top notch customer service and the perfect deal! Buying my car at Park Ave BMW from Aminabat Niebles was a wonderful experience. The minute I got there he was knowledgeable, attentive and within 15 minutes found me the vehicle that would fit my needs. The leasing process became a bit complicated as I needed a co-signor. Aminabat ("Jr.") was patient and did everything he could to help me in this process. I am now driving a BMW 328i convertible and am as happy as can be thanks to Mr . Niebles. He also followed-up with me to make sure all was well. Again, an excellent dealership!
