Just a horrible experience
Nothing was lied to made a deal on Friday an left a deposit when I went to pick up the vehicle on Saturday all of a sudden I had to pay more than originally agreed upon

I'm sorry your experience was not up to your expectations. I looked into your situation and found out the reason your price changed was due to your approval through the bank. We always try to get everyone the best possible deal. After we called your deal into the bank you came back 3 credit tiers down from the A+ you were originally quoted. THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!! MY CAR BATTERY WENT OUT DURING THE BLIZZARD, WHILE I WAS OUT OF STATE. I ENDED UP PAYING $420+ JUST TO REPLACE A BATTERY. THEY DIDN'T EVEN RUN A MULTIPOINT INSPECTION TO CHECK FOR ANYTHING ELSE. TRIED TO TELL ME MY CAR MIGHT HAVE TWO BATTERIES. IF IT HAD TO 2 BATTERIES IT WOULD BE $220+ OR $140+ FOR ONE. SOMEHOW I ENDED UP GETTING CHARGED THE HIGHER PRICE FOR ONE BATTERY. THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED ME FOR LABOR. WAS TO LATE TO TAKE TO ANOTHER SHOP SINCE THE CAR WOULDN'T START. WOULDN'T HONOR ANY OF THE MOPAR COUPONS DESPITE THEM SHOWING UP ON THE APP UNDER THEIR LOCATION. STAY AWAY!!! I DEALT WITH RAY & THE SERVICE MANAGER

SHEILA GAILLARD I looked into your situation and found out the following. Not only did we take you in as an emergency no appointment we did give you a discount. We also checked your charging system and checked battery with GR8 and the battery failed test. That's why we replaced the battery. If you need another copy of your receipt contact service and they can send to you. Your receipt clearly shows a discount and explanation of service performed.
Remove my name from this response immediately!!! DOXXING IS ILLEGAL AND A FORM OF INTIMIDATION! My full name does not appear anywhere in this review. I have also noticed that I am the only bad review that you outed personal information in. Everyone else's responses started with apologies. I guess doxxing is only for your BLACK CUSTOMERS!! And if this is what you do with customer information when you get a bad review to customers, you are worse than scammers!
Additionally, your response does not negate anything that I wrote. STAY ON TOPIC!! I spent about 5 -7 minutes going back and forth with Ray then your service manager about coupons. I am happy to post the screenshots I took of the coupons that were posted that day that you refused to honor. You still did not run a multipoint inspection nor give me a choice in battery. This was not an "emergency" appointment, since my battery died on the Friday before. Ray told me to come in on Monday. I did not find out about your 10% discount until it came time to pay for the bill. The facts still remain: Multipoint inspection not done. Coupons were not honored. I was not given choice in battery hence sticker shock! $420 as a "discounted" price is excessive for a car battery!
