I wish I could give less than a star. I dropped my jeep wrangler off at this Paramus jeep dealership for service on September 18, 2018 because my 2016 wrangler check engine light was on. I specifically dropped it off that day because I would be away for a week so they would have plenty of time to repair without giving me a loaner. After less than 10 miles of driving the truck the light came back on. I would now need a loaner due to the fact that I had work once I was back and they did NOT fix the issue. I spent over a weeks calling requesting to get the issue resolved that should had been resolved over a week prior but needed a loaner. After a week of no getting return calls from the service advisor, Alex Vargas, I asked to speak to the service manager, Steve Bradt, again two calls without returns finally called a third time and reached Steve. After explaining the situation I was told by this service MANAGER “I do not need to service you”. And “would you return a phone call from a customer like you.” I have tried to contact the general manager also never received a return call from him. All I can say is I am not one to ever write a review unless its a positive review. But after being treated so poorly by this service department I would like to save others from being treated in this manner.

Fair price on Certified pre-owned Dodge Charger. Able to negotiate great price without the back and forth game playing. Easy process and great experience. Definitely recommend dealer and salesman.

Ehab was the sales person that helped my buy my pre owned Dodge Durango. He was very honest and up front about every defect the car had and was willing to negotiate the price. He made the process go quick and smooth as well as the finance department. They were very professional and classy compared to some other CDJ dealerships in the area. Would recommend.

This was my first time ever visiting Paramus Jeep. I was turning in a Chevy and I thought I would look at some of the Jeeps or Durangos out of curiosity. I was greeted by O' Siris who I would highly recommend to all who visit this dealership. He was very professional and seems to really care a lot about his customers. He worked very hard in helping me find the right car that was within my budget. I didn't feel any pressure into purchasing a Jeep, but once I made my decision, I couldn't be happier. Thank you O'siris for making my first Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo purchase experience a great one! I will continue to buy Jeeps for now on! The service department - I, drove my business vehicle to CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF PARAMUS for an oil change on 10/22/2018. The vehicle has commercial plates for my business. It was operating very well, no issues. I was told by the service department the vehicle needed $3000 worth of work because of a water pump issue. I paid $3000.00 to get it fixed as soon as possible. I picked up the vehicle on 10/24/2018. The vehicle would not go in reverse. CDJR of Paramus gave my business vehicle back knowing the transmission broke in their possession. I paid another $3016,84 up front to fix it because they claimed they use an independent guy that needs money up front. 40 days and not fixed and now Fraudulent charges on my credit card from CDJR of Paramus. They willfully gave me my business vehicle back to me to drive away up Rt4 with full knowledge that the transmission was broken endangering my life and others. After the sequence of events, there is no confidence in CDJR of Paramus to service and rent any vehicles whatsoever. Route 4 Auto Group should be closed down permanently.

Leo was not pushy & didn't seem to have preconceived notions about me. He answered all of my questions honestly. Good salesman knowledgable about the product.
