Great buying experience!

I visited Prestige MB last Thursday to check out the E400 coupe and ended up buying one that very day. Ken Cundari was my sales representative and I can not say enough good things about him and the dealership. First off I have never seen a dealership with so many cars on the showroom floor allowing the customer to check out different color combinations and model trims. Second the inventory is so vast you are bound to find the model and options you are looking for and be able to test drive. The process was one of the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had of a luxury vehicle. I am happy to refer my friends and relative to Prestige if their needs include MB vehicles.

Superv quality salesmanship

I met Jeff on October 5th at Prestige Benz dealership in Paramus NJ. Not only pleasant and nice, he is with efficient, no nonsense salemanship. We made good deal in shortest time I ever experienced.. My highest recommand.

"Hands down, ask for Darren!"

I bought my Mercedes with the assistance of Darren Maynard and could not be more happier with the whole process! He managed to find the GLC 300 in white with all the amenities I was looking for. Darren knew I needed another vehicle in my household, and how important it was in getting it quickly. He was straight forward with the time process and very accommodative in getting one. Amazing experience

I met with Jeff Chun at the dealership and explained to him a little bit of my personality and he adapted quickly. Got me numbers, showed me the car, and the entire process took from walking in the door to leaving with a car about an hour and a half. He was knowledgeable, professional, and I would highly recommend him for your automobile needs. The sales manager, joe Melli LO was an amazing guy. He made sure to address any concerns I had before I even walked in the door and made sure his sales rep Jeff catered to my very busy schedule. Update was in charge of making sure I understood the features of the automobile and did a great job. He had left for the day and actually came back to the dealership when I told him the radio wasn't working. That's the service I expect from Mercedes. That is what I got! This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and will definitely be returning in the future and referring my clients, friends, and family to this location. You can trust the staff here.
