Amazing
I hade a great car buying experience with Vega. He was very detailed oriented and not pushy at all. He made sure that all my questions were answered and even probed for questions that I didn’t even think of asking. It honestly didn’t feel like I was buying a car but talking to my friend. He’s a great sales man and definitely deserves a promotion and/or raise. I’m definitely going to recommend all my friends and family to him whenever they are shopping around for cars. Thanks again!! ”The best” is not enough to describe Bruno Lee!!!
This is the 2nd Honda we purchase this year, Honda was not my favorite car before we met Bruno but this changed right after we met him! He is AMAZING! he is the only sales person we’ve have met that’s more worry about how We as customers feel and need than about trying to confuse you with the hide fees and high down payments. He is very straight forward and transparent. He would go above and beyond to make sure you experience the best and highest customer service And get what you are looking for. He makes you feel like family, you don’t even feel like you are dealing with a sales person, he treats you like family. Bruno you are the most honest and humble person we’ve met , thank you for always making us feel the way you do! The sales manager Harry was also Great! Very happy with our 2 Hondas <3

My husband and I respectively leased and purchased our beautiful new and certified pre-owned cars at Tenafly of Honda yesterday, we could not be happier with the service we received from our sales specialist Arnold Bang. He made sure we were able to leave the showroom with the exact cars we wanted and got us the best price possible. Saturdays at Tenafly Honda are very busy and he assisted us every step of the way, which is a rather lengthy process, up to and including pairing our phones to the cars and sending us off with a smile, hours after the official closing time of the dealership. We had purchased our last car with Arnold and will certainly see him for our next. Harry Sagong in finance likewise was a pleasure to work with, and he and Arnold coordinated our purchases in a most courteous, patient. friendly and harmonious manner.

crooks
sold me a certified used. half the features the car came with stopped working after 3 days. it also rode differently than it did on the test drive. i took it back, told me they couldn't find any issues though i explicitly showed them what was wrong. again, said they couldn't find root cause of issue so they couldn't help. had i known the car would've had problems from the start, i wouldn't have bought it. on top of that, the optional crap that they tacked onto the original bill because the work was already done to the car, was not completed. tpms came on after 15 minutes off the lot but apparently they put nitro in the tires. CROOKS!!

Chung with extremely helpful with my trade-in and lease. He was very knowledgeable with the Ridgeline and was very patient with me throughout the sales process. Honda of Tenafly also held an outdoor BBQ which was nice - the smell of a BBQ made my kid hungry so the cheeseburger and hot dog was great to keep him busy.

A change for the better...
I turned to Honda of Tenafly after my Honda dealership, that I had purchased 3 vehicles from, failed to rectify multiple issues for me. I sat with Lidia 4 times over the span of 8 months trying to help me out of the problem. She patiently and confidently guided me through the process and offered help that I just wasn't getting from the bigger highway store. Because of the job Lidia did, and the help she provided, I am happy to say Honda of Tenafly is now My only Honda dealership. My wife and I love the vehicle and will come back again when we are in need of another vehicle.
