Quality Customer Service

The process of buying a car is rather cut and dry and naturally drags on for hours at a time, but despite this the staff we interacted with (including our sales specialist Bruno Lee, who we highly recommend) made the process as painless as possible. I can state confidently that the great offer we were given was worth it.

Great service— well earned business.

I can honestly say my visit with Vega was one of a kind. My boyfriend and I went to a dealership before coming to Tenafly, and the sales rep only acknowledged my boyfriend. Even though I was purchasing the vehicle, he didn’t shake my hand or feel the need to exceed my expectations. When my boyfriend and I walked into Tenafly, we had our guards up because of our rude experience before. But, Vega knocked our guards down right away! He acknowledged both of us and really made us feel like he was on our team. Throughout my whole experience, Vega and his team were very comforting and I could tell their goal was to make us happy. Loved every minute of it! And my new Honda!

I respectively 2nd times leased car at Tenafly of Honda yesterday, I could not be happier with the service we received from our sales specialist Arnold Bang. He made sure we were able to leave the showroom with the exact cars we wanted and got us the best price possible. Saturdays at Tenafly Honda are very busy and he assisted us every step of the way, which is a rather lengthy process, up to and including pairing our phones to the cars and sending us off with a smile, hours after the official closing time of the dealership. I had purchased my last car with Arnold and will certainly see him for our next.

Best Honda dealer

I only purchased 2 times at Tenafly honda. They really try help me to get the best price for the vehicle. Not just talking (some other dealers) jibberish, trying to talk me down or play games. They are different, I guess that's why I choose Tenafly Honda.
