A bunch of scammers

This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. They sold me a certified car that is an absolute lemon. I went to them to try and work something out and their manager Danny offered to pay me $10k less than what I owed on the car. They dont care about the customer and are greedy, lying scammers. It’s an absolute shame that these people are selling cars to hard working people. The have no moral compass and should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I wouldn’t tell a person to get a free car from them. The owners of this dealership should be embarrassed their name is associated with how these people are doing business and treating their customers.

List car for one price, but selling for 10k mor

I have no idea where all these great reviews are coming from. My experience was an utter waste of time. They had a car listed for 75k both here and on their website. Contracted them about this very specific car get a quote back for 10k more. Asked to reconfirm if we're talking about the same car, get "yes, There are very few of these cars available currently" Go back and forth on numbers, hit the question again: "Why do you have it listed for 75k if you're selling it for 85" "I'll take that up with management" Call them out on the bait and switch, get back a lecture on the "actual" definition of what bait and switch is... I guess everyone got their own opinions! Finally, hit up their site chat agent: "Is stock number XXX still available and what's the price?" Get "I'm sorry we took a deposit on this car this morning" Bait and switch? You can be the judge, but a total waste of time for sure!

Hello, Unfortunately, we do not have enough inventory to satisfy demand. This is an issue throughout the automotive industry, as you may know. We have been here for over 40 years and have thousands of loyal clients who we need to prioritize. You provided a Boston address and there are dozens of BMW dealerships in closer proximity to you. Perhaps one of them has the vehicle available for less. M.S.R.P. is the manufacturer’s suggested price and is subject to market conditions. If you have ever received a discount on the purchase of a vehicle in the past, were you taking advantage of the dealer? I don’t think so. You were simply purchasing the vehicle for market price. Now the market has changed, and the vehicles are worth more. There is nothing unethical or immoral about a business making a profit. The market will eventually adjust, and we will continue to provide our clients with fair pricing and exemplary service. The best dealership around hands down!

Circle BMW is amazing! Dealt with Holman for years and they don't hold a candle to this firm - prices are great, cars are in spectacular condition, and you are treated with the utmost professionalism. They send over backwards to make you happy. After almost a year of owning my X3 from them (pre-owned) I have had ZERO issues with it - I have only done preventative maintenance on it to keep it running like new. BUY FROM THEM I'd you really want a BMW. You'll be so thrilled. Also, their service pricing is super competitive to an independent mechanic. Thank you Tom, Laura, and Carlos!

Outstanding dealership

I’ve leased many vehicles in my lifetime . Just ordered my 2nd BMW from Circle. Wish I had known about them when I had my 3 previous BMW leases because you can’t even compare this dealership to any other .Danny Wong is exceptional to deal with . He’s very knowledgeable and will help you find exactly what your looking for at the best price possible.He takes his time to explain everything to you. There is no need to ever shop elsewhere . There service department and all of the staff are outstanding. They go out of there way to make you feel completely satisfied . Thank you Circle I plan on being a lifetime customer.

Top tier service

I have always had a positive experience with Circle BMW, primarily in the service department. Today I had an exceptional service advisor Ray Wagner. He was absolutely too notch. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Ray and the whole team at Circle BMW.

Great Car, Great Service!

We were looking for a second car and wanted a convertible. And fell in love with 4 series hard top. Lucky for us a 2019 was available - low mileage and good price. A big thanks to Ed Lebedinskiy and Carlos Lopez for making the process a pleasurable experience. Oh and can’t forget Hon Fung! Simply put - Circle BMW is the best.

Pre-certified 2015 BMW 328i

Great buying experience from start to finish. No pressure. All questions answered. Vehicle features explained. I financed through BMW and the rate was great! Robert Cavalieri was great to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family. I really felt like I got a great deal on my 328i and I will use Circle for all my service needs.
