    I failed a NJ state inspection due to my DMTL pump was broken. Because Circle BMW is located across a road, I just dropped by. Before my first visit to Circle BMW, I have visited several dealership in NY as well as NJ. Whenever I visit other dealerships, they seem to just want to earn my money... Even though my parts are covered by SULEV warranty which is something special warranty, they didn't tell me about it and gave me an estimation for service because they didn't know about the warranty. But, Paul is a different service adviser. He told me that my part is covered before I mentioned it. I didn't expect he knew SULEV warranty because most of SA don't know about it. I was really impressed Paul's service and he is really exceptional. I would go again and recommend this place.

    I've purchased my last 2 BMW from a different dealership in the area was living. Since moving always had my service done at Circle and let me say they are the best service team. So when it came to buying my new BMW, I decided to give Circle a chance. From the time I walked in the door to delivery of my new X3 was without anxiety.     Danny did a great job working with me and my wife. I am in sales myself and truly appreciate working with a true professional. His high level of professionalism and complete knowledge of various models made my buying experience a complete pleasure. He did not present the typical sales pitch, no pressure, respected my intelligence, and no games! He worked hard to keep me on budget and suggested various options. I would absolutely recommend Danny to anyone looking for a BMW. He came highly recommended by a friend and I will do the same to my friends and family. This is the first of many BMW's to come.

    I've purchased many cars and always had to deal with dealership mind tricks in the past. This experience was easy, thanks to Cliff. We communicated for a couple days while my spouse was in the hospital, in that time he located a vehicle for me based off my wish list (actually even better) and gave me the price I requested. This dealership was not the closest in proximity but it is the only one I will go to from now on. I returned for weather mats and Cliff was there to help me install them.

    This dealership took my down payment on a car and then tried to get me to sign a purchase order for more than we agreed upon. So when I called them out on it they took my money and sold the car to someone else. The General Manager Barry Lamb is the one that told me that they were sorry and that it happened before I put the money down. I was going to leave this alone once I finally got my money back, but that was two weeks ago and now the car is still for sale at the dealership with a higher price tag on it. They did not want to deal with me since I am a deployed soldier and wasn't about to let them rip me off. I am sure they will say this never happened, like all the other negative reviews on this dealership. The fact is I did this all over email and have records of the entire process, from when there receptionist Jessica Ehlers failed to send me the information that I asked for, or set me up with a sales person for 4 days to the sales person Clifford Neubart who quoted me an out the door price and then tried to nickel and dime the price back up to well over what we had agreed upon. It is kind of funny that they did this to me seeming that I had a preapproved loan through USAA for over 10,000 more than what they were asking for the car. I hope they never sell that car, and I found another vehicle elsewhere with better options for less money. Shop elsewhere if you don't want to get screwed. This was for a 2014 BMW x5 with the stock#9434.

His high level of professionalism and complete knowledge of not only the product but also the process made my buying experience a pleasure.
