Circle is currently owned and operated by three brothers: Donald, Robert and Paul DeFelice. They are the third generation in this family owned business. Their grandfather Thomas C. DeFelice founded the business in 1946. Donald, Robert, and Paul all have worked in each facet of the dealership, learning the workings of the dealership from the inside out. Today, they have taken the lessons they've learned: Honesty, Integrity, Quality, and Community Involvement and apply them to their business practice on a daily basis. 12 months / 12,000 miles
Circle Auto Group guarantees, when our dealer installs manufacturer parts, the labor and parts used in performing the repairs listed are for a period of 12 months or 12,00 miles (whichever comes first) from the date such repairs were completed. In the event that non-General Motors parts are needed to complete the repairs, the limited labor warranty will revert to 90 days or 4,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date such repairs were completed. This Limited Warranty specifically excludes: front end alignments, electrical wiring and shorts, and fuel system, when due to contamination.
All implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration period of this Limited Warranty. Under no circumstances will Circle Auto Group be liable to customer for any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss of property, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, loss of income and profits, inconvenience or commercial loss.
