Is this how you do after-sales service?

Is this how you do after-sales service? On the day I picked up the car, I found that there were 2 points of paint on it next to the left rear window. At that time, I reported the situation to my salers. He said that he had helped me deal with it. He told me the parts came back on Wednesday and let me waited for the service to call me. Until now, no one has contacted me. I tried to call the company and made several calls, but no one answered, It's too bad that I can't find anyone to help me when I need someone to solve a problem!

I haven't bought a new car in 18 years!

I haven't bought a new car in 18 years!! Joon made the whole experience comfortable and easy. He was very patient in teaching me all the new accessories. Car buying can be stressful, but Joon was fantastic! Ray, in the finance department, was informative and dry helpful.
