Dennis, Andres and Pat were more than accommodating on my new purchase. Walked in not knowing what I was getting myself into in regards to a new dealership, not knowing a soul and unfamiliar with Honda vehicles. Andres greeted me at the door and instantly all fears and worries were at ease. Andres took great pride in ensuring I was in the right hands. Aside from his familiarity and intelligence when it comes to the product Honda sells, he was understanding and accommodating as well. While other dealerships passed on giving out prudent information to make a deal successful, Andres was assertive when reaching out to his own connections in seeking out the information that was needed. Ultimately this was the deciding factor in securing the deal. Andres never let a hiccup deter myself or his eagerness to ensure I was satisfied. Andres partnered with Dennis who was also just as understanding and accommodating to my needs. Such an easy going transaction and couldn’t have happened without the professionalism of all involved. Thanks, love the new car!

Love love love!!!! Alyssia was great, she knew what I wanted, and she went above and beyond for me. She didn't make me feel forced to do something I didn't want to do like some other places. Also, @Carlos Acosta helped as well to get me approved and into my new vehicle! I love it so much and I definitely recommend DCH Kay Honda to anyone looking to get into a brand new car. The staff is amazing, and they go above and beyond for their customers.

Never ending contact

I stupidly contacted DCH Honda on website back in Oct 2020 for possible purchase. After BUYING a Toyota at their sister dealer: DCH Toyota I promptly let Honda know. Calls and texts followed and I called/texted back asking to be removed. Three phone calls later, I WAS promised my profile would be deleted and no further contact would be made. It is now mid-Feb. 2021 and emails continue. So much for empty promises. Sorry I ever reached out. Trust me, I will NEVER again. Done.
