I had my car in for an oil change service.
I had my car in for an oil change service. Several items were recommended and we had dime of them done. 3 weeks later, driving home from a vacation, the car started making a noise. We brought it in and found out the calipers were siezing which let to more work. We purposely brought it in to make sure the car was safe to drive on holiday. Disappointed as this was not the first time the calipers suddenly seized shortly after bringing the car in. I must say, Macey, the service person, was very nice and calm as I was upset over the issue of just having the car in and once again having as issue with the calipers.

Liars, Unreliable and scam artists.
Liars, Unreliable and scam artists. Thinks there smarter then the customer. Go in there asking for a simple task/repair and they bang you over the head with something that’s totally unnecessary and a ripoff. Got my car out of there asap and it won’t be there ever ever again.

The dealership is great.
The dealership is great. Second car I bought there. Only complaint is that I checked to see if the tire repair kit was in the trunk before test drive but it was no longer there when I got home. They must have taken it out when detailing it.

Excellent customer service! I called with a ‘issue’ and it was solved immediately. Representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. She is very professional with a great sense of humor, putting me at ease knowing the situation was corrected and all is well. This is the second time I’ve dealt with her and highly recommend her. I and my family have been a Honda customers for many and your customer service is what keeps us coming back
