Great experience of shopping online. Great pricing and friendly. Everything is disclosed up front, no hidden charges. Although there is a lot of paperwork, but they make it smooth. Ask for Art, great customer service

2016 Honda Civic Lease

I had an excellent car buying experience with Gene Colicchio! I recently graduated from college and needed a new car. I decided to walk into the Honda Kay dealership to see what my options were. Gene was very informative and helped me decide on exactly what I wanted and which car would fit my needs. After talking with Gene, I decided to lease the 2016 Honda Civic Sedan using the recent grad program. Gene was absolutely fantastic! He made the entire process very smooth and stress free. He also took the time to explain all the features in the car and made sure I was comfortable before driving off the lot. I would highly recommend Gene to my family and friends! I am very happy with my new car!

Purchase new car

Gene Colicchio was an excellent salesman. The purchase went smoothly and fairly. We were able to test drive a car right away and it ended up being the one we purchased. This is my third car with DCH Kay Honda and my second car with Gene.

I love my new car.

Everyone at the eatontown honda is incredible, They really wanted what was best for me and my price range. No one was pushy which is something I really liked. I'd highly recommend visiting this location to buy your new car.

Not as good as they used to be...

Purchased cars from this DCH dealership and other DCH dealerships in the past and always had a good experience. Change in management and attitude from the past?? Was willing to purchase vehicle for full asking price, but the Dealer fees and Mandatory Extras(Window Etching on a 2006) added over $500 in additional costs on the car. Originally called numerous times and left my number and never got a call back. Disappointed this time!

Great dealership

Steve was excellent, went over everything with us and was open and honest. Has already followed up multiple times to make sure everything is alright and to see if we had any questions. Second time leasing from this dealership and everything is handled very well and professionally. See you guys in three years!

Wonderful experience with a friendly atmosphere.

I purchase a GLK 350 Mercedes for my wife. I spoke with Vincent Zerbo 3rd on the phone this was an out of state purchase. Vincent was kind, patient and knowledgeable about the process. when I arrived at the dealership Vincent had the car detailed and ready to go. After test driving the car I knew in my heart this was the right deal. What a great holiday gift for my wife. Thank you Vincent Zerbo 3rd

A pleasant experience.

After much thought,the idea of purchasing a new car made me nervous. I have to say thou after meeting Ron Marino, my concerns were dismissed. Ron's professional and friendly personally put me at ease, his knowledge and experience with Honda made my decision a easy one. I am enjoying my CRV and have Ron to thank for that.

New car purchase

After much apperception about purchasing a new car, I was totally put at ease with the professional and knowledge of my sales person Karyn Rispoli. Not only was she completely knowledgeable about the new vehicle but was very patient explaining and setting up the new options on the new car. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and handled correctly. I would recommend this sales person and dealership to friends and family.
