A pleasure to deal with and no stress. Would highly recommend these guys. My sale guy Rustam was a pleasure to deal with. No bull just clear and precise information. No pressure to buy the car or any other after warrenties. Car was exactly what was advertised at the exact price. Everything was explain in great detail and I was in an out in no time feeling 100% better. Had been to 4 other dealers/2nd car places. Wish I had come here first and saved my self the time and effort on other places, where the cars were substandard or not described correctly. Thanks a lot guys I look forward to many many miles in my car.

My original feeling was buying a car is a necessary evil, but I left having a complete change of attitude. I am extremely happy with the car and the salesman. STEVE SIMON WAS GREAT DO BUSINESS WITH. Finally someone conversed with me as an equal instead of talking down to me because of my being a woman over 60. I never felt pressured to spend anymore than I had planned, and Steve directed me to exactly the car I was looking for. I also appreciated the polite way he asked if he could try saving me money on financing, and luckily for me, he was able to. Definitely a salesperson who knows how to listen to a customer. I also want to acknowledge the employee who worked on my financing, Armando Lopez for being very efficient and a pleasure to work with.

We have been Honda owners for the last 30 years. Recently we sought out dealerships in our county to save time. However, none could compare with the Costco price of the Honda Civic we wanted. This is the third Honda we have leased from DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown, NJ. Our salesperson, Steve Simon, was courteous, knowledgeable and patient. He comes highly recommended as a salesperson to request when visiting this dealership. We will not hesitate to go back to DCH. All interactions with all the staff has been great.

Jeff Gutkind was extremely helpful from the beginning. As this was my first time buying a car I was very apprehensive about the entire experience, however Jeff made the process extremely easy. He did his best to accommodate any extras that needed to be added to the purchase.

Very satisfied with the overall experience of buying a used car at Kay Honda. Our salesman Jeff Gutkind was extremely knowledgable about his product and patient in explaining all aspects of the sale. Although he was very busy I never felt rushed. I got the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay.

My salesman, Ron Marino, was extremely knowledgeable about the car, was conscious about our time and comfort, and helped with some suggestions about the models we were looking at that all made the buying experience more pleasurable. He went over the car with us thoroughly so we were familiar with all of its features.

While the experience was stressful, coming in and finding a salesman like David absolutely made the experience more enjoyable. He was very polite and warm. He answered all our questions. If it were not for him I don't believe I would have come back. I got to drive home in my dream car! And I couldn't be happier!

After visiting several car dealers in NYC we were tired of so much drama to get a good deal. Since our first phone call DCH personnel were very helpful. We believe we got a great deal on our purchase. Maria Calabrese gave us great service. She was very straight forward, didn't go around the bush and we appreciate that. The process took a little bit longer because of our insurance and she never made us feel like we were taking too much of her time. Armando was very helpful too with the title process. We definitely recommend it.
