Awesome!!!

This was the first time I went to a dealership and felt like the sales person actually cared! Jeff was amazing he made the process very easy he gave us such a good deal. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything he gave me what I wanted. I seriously recommend this place especially Jeff he is the man!

A Pleasure!

This is the second car I bought from Kay Honda. Both times Jeff assisted me in my purchase. Jeff is definitely a go-getter, if you have a car in mind that you want...Jeff will make sure you drive home in that car. He makes the process calm and smooth. Very friendly person, as well is the entire team I dealt with. Thank you for making a bit of a stressful purchase, easy.

Highly Recommended, Terrific Staff!!!

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs, within my budget, and I drove away an extremely happy customer. I look forward to returning within the next few months to purchase another vehicle for my wife and will be highly recommending this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new or used car. Initially I was introduced to Mike Lyttle and Anthony Paparella, both Sales Managers, who were very friendly and answered all of the questions I had regarding the car I was looking to purchase. I then dealt directly with salesman Phil Holmes who finalized the deal and was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout that process and afterward as he continued to follow up and make sure I was still happy. Lastly, I was sent to finance where I spoke with Stephen Chung who was incredibly friendly and very helpful in clarifying the paperwork that I was signing. I returned the next day to have my pinstripe removed and spoke with Peter Grubbs and Joe Rose in service who both were very helpful and took care of me right away. Overall, again, this was hands down the best car buying experience I ever had and I look forward to many more with DCH Kay Honda.

Excellent Sales Associate and Sales General Manager

This was an excellent dealership, with the nicest and most compassionate Associates. Adrian Acosta was exceptional in getting us the best deal, He was the single most important factor that sold us onto our amazing new Honda. Furthermore, Maria Calabrese and Susan both helped guide us through the whole process and it was a wonderful experience.

Great customer care

Great service with good responsible workers genuinely interested in my satisfaction. David is kind and has a good sense of humor. Very satisfy and happy customer with a used Honda Pilot.

Great Experience

Cara was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our new CRV is amazing. We would recommend using this dealer to anyone and would use them again in the future

Terrific Experience!!!

Mobility Access l

My husband and I were recently looking for car that could be retrofitted to hold a motorized scooter and was easy for me to drive. Everyone at DCH Kay Honda - Paul K ( sales ),Bob (finance ) and Glen ( service)- made the process easy and were sensitive to my disability. I would highly recommend this car dealership. Dianne G.

Fantastic experience

Everything from beginning to end was simple, stress free, and honest! I have leased Hondas for my past 5 leases, and this was the easiest experience yet. I started my deal over the phone with Jen Calderon, and she was lovely and so helpful. When I came to pick up my car, Pat Connelly and Steve Simon were sensitive to my needs and made the process as quick as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone, and will definitely come here for future Honda leases.
