Getting a new car can be a headache. My dealer Jeff walked me through everything step by step and made this a genuinely pleasant experience. Excellent overall experience buying a new car. Found the car we wanted on Cars.com. Confirmed with Megan on internet sales at Kay Honda. She took time to confirm the car we wanted was available, and gave some veryhelpful sales info. Sales rep was Cara Zawadzki - top notch in all phases. We got to Kay Honda at 6PM on a Friday night, she had us out the door with our new car by 930 PM. Courteous, professional, informed, helpful, and got us a great price. Very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the available accessories. Best car buying experience ever. Finance people were very easy to work with. Recommend it without reservation.

Went to this dealership expecting the same routine that I experienced elsewhere, but to my surprise this place was way different. To start out my salesperson Brandon was friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable right from the start! There was no sales pressure and I was so impressed on how knowledgable he was about the cars I liked. He was honest and really just wanted my experience there to be hassle free. The incredible thing here is that even after buying a car the service here does not stop at all! Brandon has been with me the entire process even after I have the car in my possession.
