Very pleasant experience

My husband and I had a very good experience when recently leasing our vehicle through DCHKay Honda in Eatontown, NJ. Our salesman, Steve Severio was very helpful and friendly and made what can sometimes be a frustrating experience instead a very pleasant one. If you are shopping for a new or used vehicle, we highly recommend that you stop in to see Steve!

Update

I am unable to remove my original review of "Don't Go Here". I did receive a phone call from Adrian Acosta at the dealership and he was extremely apologetic. I hope that their customer service has improved and has learned from this incident. Thank you Adrian.

Wonderful, Friendly, Honest people!!

My Sales person, Scott Wendling was excellent! He was pleasant to work with. He went out of his way to ensure I found a vehicle that suited my needs and would make me happy. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt I could trust him. He is a very hard worker and should be commended. All of the people I interacted with during my visits to the dealership were eager to assist and very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend DCH Kay Honda to everyone!! Maureen W.

Worst Customer Service

I am updating this review and removed my previous comment because for some reason I am unable to delete the original review. I had a terrible experience at this dealership, really terrible. I was finally contacted by Adrian Acosta and he was very apologetic. Thank you Adrian, I hope that your team has learned to be respectful to their customers.

Don't Go Here

Rude, Condescending, Nasty, Complete waste of time. DO NOT GO HERE! Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Megan Eaton....worked with her over the phone. She had called me at 5pm on a Saturday night to see if I was still interested in seeing a car. I advised her that I wouldn't arrive until 6:30pm, after business hours. She told me that would not be a problem, customers were still there and she would stay. I gave her my cell phone in case she needed to get in touch with me. Drove 1 1/2 hours from Cherry Hill and she had left for the day by the time I got there. Here's the worst part, the manager, a white haired, man, unfortunately I didn't get his name, greeted me and my husband and treated us as if we were crazy showing up late. We explained that we were working with Megan Eaton and that she told us she was working with us and agreed to stay late. The manager and his co-worker, instead of apologizing and offering to show us the car, said that Megan had left for the day and that they were closed. They didn't care that we had spent an hour and a half driving to see a car we were promised to be shown. We are previous DHC customers, had our check book in hand and were treated with such disrespect. Appalling! Shame on them. Is this how DHC wants to treat their customer? This is an example of how NOT to treat your customers.

I love my Honda!!

i would like to say that DCH KAY Honda is awsome! Not only was the salesman justin Amorim helpful and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for. I always heard horror stories about how long it takes to buy a new car but justin was awsome and made it a very pleasant experience for me! I recommend everyone to go there! }

Another Honda

I bought another Honda! My lease was due to return so I decided to pick up a brand new Accord. I worked with Justin Amorim to pick out the one that I wanted. Color, Accessories...he made it quick and painless. Staff was super friendly and made me feel like part of the family. I even received a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the purchase... very appreciative. TLs4Life

Great!

Shopping for my daughters first car, we came across a Nissan Altima in great condition! Salesman was beyond friendly, made us feel very welcome! This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a dealership! I will recommend Louis White and the DCH Kay Honda dealership to anyone and everyone who is looking for a car! My daughter is so excited, it made her day!

My FIRST car!!!

I first called DCH Honda, and was connected with Susan Antonios. We spoke briefly regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I believe we spoke a few times on the phone regarding pricing of the vehicle, and soon as we set a price she scheduled me for a test drive. Susan was honest, polite and extremely efficient with the processes. Upon me going to test drive the car, I received an email with a quote from Susan and I didn't even request it.. AMAZING.. Once, I arrived for my test drive, I was introduced to Scott Wendling, first off he was honest and he knew the car from the inside out and made me fall in love with the car! We exchanged a few laughs while in the process of purchase. He made my FIRST TIME experience want to buy my next car at DCH Honda, and see him again.. I will recommend DCH Honda to anyone who is looking to purchase their car. The entire team at DCH Susan, Scott and Andrew are AWESOME.. Thank you guys..

Painless & Enjoyable!

We had been searching for a Jeep for my son for a few months. When I called the dealership to inquire about the JEEP I was interested in. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to take pictures of the vehicle before I drove down! When I arrived, the car was in great condition, but what made this experience the best I have ever had was the salesman! Louis White was such a pleasant surprise to deal with! Usually car sales is a drawn out and frustrating experience. This was anything but! I will be coming back!
