Negotiated the deal online when I showed up with an appointment to buy the car they tried to renege on the agreement they added the price of my trade in... instead of subtracting it from the purchase price they tried to charge me for windshield etching that I did not order nor was it discussed prior to my driving 45 miles to the dealership there was no one else buying a car in the middle of a pandemic and here they are trying to pull a fast one the sale was prolonged by 2 hours dealing with their dishonesty. The fiancé women was excellent a former golf pro she sold me a 10 year 100000 mile warranty on the car except oil changes and brake pads at a fair price would not do business with them again and poor performance on their part

Great service form the start. No hassles from sales, Amanda was great in working with the price I was looking for over email. Brad was great. Kajuan Peters... was the best sales, no bs from him and didn't haggle me, felt very comfortable the whole time I was there. Even the financial advisor was extremely helpful and made me super at ease leasing my first car. Will defiantly be going back there when my lease is up, even tho its an hour drive!

I tried to use the true car price for a supra and I was told that they would not honor it and the price is now 20K more. The BMW Z4 is less than that.... The reason I was looking at the Supra was due to the fact it engine and trans is from the Z4. My advice based on my experience is to look at other dealers that didn't balk at the true car price. I have contacted true car about this sales service and it is being investigated.

Galaxy was the only Toyota Dealership that made a sensible offer for the vehicle I was trading in and the vehicle that I was buying. They handled the... transaction in a professional, no nonsense manner and we were very pleased with all aspects of the deal.

I was driving a 2000 Nissan Maxima SE, black in color, that I loved, but with over 164,000 miles and 20 years of service, it was time to replace it. ... My salesman was Mohamed Amin and the sales manager was Tony Hernandez. They were both easy to talk to and work with. Mohamed was laid back, easy going, no high pressure sales and Tony was more high energy and enthusiastic as he came into the negotiation to help finalize the deal. I was originally looking at the LE trim, but ultimately leased the SE. I am very pleased with my choice. I appreciate the efficiency and kindness of both men and their willingness to work with me. The car is a joy to drive and the SE (Sports Edition) styling is sharp in silver. No complaints about the process nor the Galaxy Toyota staff. Only good things to say.

In August 2018, I purchased a new 2018 Toyota Camry XLE from salesman Nick Criscoulo. At that time I turned in a leased 2015 Lexus ES 350. In the terms... of our agreement the "Disbursement Fee" of $374.06 would be paid to Toyota Motor Credit Corp. by Galaxy Toyota. 60 days later I received a Collection Alert that this fee was not paid by Galaxy Toyota. I then contacted Matt Mulvey-Leases for Galaxy and he advised that he would contact the rep. in Arizona and take care of this. 11 months have elapsed and I have now received an additional Collection Alert from Constar Financial claiming the Disbursement Fee was not paid. Calls placed to Toyota Motor Credit exposed that in fact Galaxy Toyota did not prepare a "Disbursement Wavier Form" and in fact is not a bonifide Toyota dealer. A personal letter was then sent to Galaxy Toyota owner Robert Giasulli on July 23, 2019 with NO RESPONSE. Ultimately I was forced to pay the disbursement fee for fear of credit rating reprisals. Salesman Nick Criscoulo and Lease Officer Matt Mulvey have both lied to me to keep deal in place and Owner Robert Giasulli did not have the decency to reply at all. Without question this dealership along with the individuals mentioned are IRRESPONSIBLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY, AND ABOVE ALL DISHONEST. Note: This was a same day cash transaction! And please Brandon Bisignano, no need to reply. I have not received a check for $374.06.
