The service you receive is prompt and excellent. The service staff are all extremely caring and provide excellent customer service. My car has received... excellent service since I first purchased. The service staff is extremely proactive by notifying of upcoming concerns that will need to be taken care of in the future on the vehicle. Carlos and Lynn and all the service advisors are top notch. Thank You Very Much to the excellent service department for all your help in keeping my vehicle in tip top shape.
I was treated terribly by this dealership. The finance manager kept us waiting forever even though we had an appointment and then he tried to overcharge... us by telling us that because of the way the finance payments and worked out that we would need to pay more for the car in the end. Such a weasel. And in the end he had the nerve to physically push my fiancé! I had 3 small children with me and was afraid for their safety. I will NEVER recommend or use this dealership and I would caution anyone who does to steer clear of their finance manager named Christian.
We leased two new cars from Towne. Our sales person Louis Liranzo was excellent. Love the cars and highly recommend Louis and Towne. We would not hesitate... to use them again.

Joe sucks he lied to me.i sold him my car back he told me id get a check in 4 days its been over a week an the car i sold him is on the lot xxx?
If I could give this Hyundai a 0 star rating I would. Going to this Hyundai to lease my car is truly a biggest regret. Matt was our salesman and the day... of was pretty painless. I wanted a white car and they only one on the lot had a couple scratches from the weather. Not a big deal, they promised they would fix the bumper no charge within A COUPLE OF DAYS. We kept in contact with them and they kept telling us there was no loaner car. Three weeks later, there was finally was a loaner car. They called us in the afternoon and told us if we didn't pick it up by 4pm it would go to someone else. We couldn't pick it up because we work full time jobs, they give it away. Then Matt goes MIA. We call, text, leave him voicemails nothing happens. No response. Everytime we call Hyundai we are transferred to someones voicemail. During this time I go to leave for work one morning and my entire windshield is cracked. We try calling to see what can be done about this and still no answers just a trail of voicemails for another couple of weeks. My fiance calls corporate and opens a claim. Corporate calls Towne Hyundai and they HANG UP ON THEM. They literally hang up on corporate. Corporate tells us to go in and demand they fix our car. We finally get in touch with Matt and he "claims" he has no idea we were trying to contact him. We bring the car in before we are leaving for an 8 day vacation. When we get there and my fiance is explaining the whole story to service, an employee THROWS A TOWEL AT HIM and storms off. We leave our car there for 8 full days and returned from vacation. Today my fiance calls and they claim NOTHING has been fixed yet and are unsure when I will get a rental car. We are currently on the phone with corporate reporting them again and it is being reported to nationals. May I add, I leased the car on Presidents day and it is now June 19th. 4 MONTHS of nothing being done. These are the most unprofessional people I have met in my ENTIRE life. I love my car and am happy I choose Hyundai, but once my car is fixed I will never return to them again. We are making sure to tell everyone how unprofessional they are and have already steered family memebers far away from them.
Got a new 2019 sonata, got to drive it without the dealer which I liked. When we got back he went over everything and how all the trims differ and I liked... the dealer ship and do recommend Jose specifically for an experience that was great.

I am extremely dissatisfied with all of the service that I have received at Towne Hyundai in Denville, NJ. The process of purchasing my certified pre owned... Elantra went smoothly but everything after went down hill. About a week into having the car I noticed a clunking noise upon shifting and also a rattling noise when turning the ignition. I brought the car back to the dealer and after two visits they finally fixed the clunking noise, but to this day I still hear the rattling noise and I purchased the car over THREE YEARS ago. For three years I have brought this car to the dealer approximately 6 times to get the rattling noise evaluated and after getting numerous second opinions it has been diagnosed as a bad timing chain. After getting the second opinions I brought it back to Hyundai once more to get the vehicle looked at and they told me up front that there would be a $130 diagnostic fee, (which I have never been charged in the years that I have had the car) and also that they “didn’t think my car was covered under the 10 year 100k mile warranty”, which it 100% is being the vehicle was a certified pre owned. Then, after having the car for 7 hours they said that there was no noise heard upon startup. I have time and time again given this dealership’s service department an opportunity to fix whatever is wrong with the car i purchased from them, but they have failed to do so. I highly recommend NOT coming to this dealership at all for any reason. Choose another make of car or at least another dealership.
