DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I purchased a car from here that was certified 2023 Palisade with a car fax. Drove home to my dealership and was told the car had internal damage to the radiator. Called back dealership and they ignored me until I called Hyundai cooperate. I was then told to return the car and I would get a full refund. When I returned it they said nothing was wrong with it. I had the paper work from another dealership saying what was wrong. Towne hyundai then put the car back up for sale for 2 days then brought it to an auction. Thank goodness my state needs a state inspection on all cars because if I lived in NJ I would not have needed an inspection for 2 years or so. I would of been stuck with a damaged car not passing inspection. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I was lucky to find the same car at Hyundai Paramus and no forged certified paper work.

Yesterday evening right at the close of business I managed to wreck my tire. I managed to limp to Towne Hyundai, so at least I was off the road and safe. Terry at the desk was incredibly helpful and was able to get someone to stay a little later to replace the tire for me. Luckily they had one in stock. When the service was finished Terry walked me out to my car in the dark, a big plus because i was stiff from sitting. I've been buying cars from here for over 30 years, and this will keep me coming back. Thanks to them i am back at work this morning with a safe car!

I came in for regular maintenance around two months ago. To keep things simple, here are some of the problems I experienced: One, I started experiencing uncontrollable vibrations in the front of my vehicle, both from my steering wheel, but also the front of my car. It was so bad that my wife was worried about the safety of our eighteen month old baby while driving with him. Two, I receive an email from the service manager indicating that I should give specific answers to a survey I received, and indicate that no one influenced how I responded to the survey. Three, I replied to the email asking if I could stop by in order to fix the issue. Unfortunately, our schedules didn't align. When I had a free day, I emailed if I could stop by, but no response. As a result, I called the service department asking if I could stop by, but they mentioned that I had to schedule weeks out. Four, they tend to put a sticker for maintenance after three thousand miles. I believe that is a bit too frequent. In general, the issues that arose after maintenance were not addressed in a timely fashion, necessitating tire replacement at around twenty four thousand miles. I have talked to multiple mechanics, who each told me it's usually fourty thousand to sixty thousand miles. The service manager even indicated over seventy thousand miles at times. They gave me a list of prices for the cost of tire replacements, but I will most likely be going to another location. Overall, I would not recommend Towne Hyundai for service.

Where to start? Maybe the best and most accommodating staff I've ever dealt with. Joe Ippolito is truly tops in his field. The entire staff really went out of there way to make us feel like family. I'm the proud owner of a new Santa Fe and the process was absolutely painless. Kudos all around!

Horrendous communication
Contacted Towne Hyundai service center about oil consumption concerns. Did my due diligence and researched the issues prior to reaching out. My Tucson has a problematic engine. Spoke with Lynn, and gave her all the information needed to enter my car into the Oil Consumption Protocol, she said it may take up to 10 days. That was on July 6th. Reached out to her several times since via email and voicemail. No response to date.

We were at several dealerships looking for a hybrid SUV. We were not having any luck finding a SUV hybrid, that we liked, until Adam, our salesman at Towne Hyundai, came forward and simplified and explained things. He proved knowledgeable and patient with us. We found that buying a car is a different experience these day, and we felt comfortable with Adam. He made the process easy and has led us to believe that we can always follow up with any questions since these new cars are so different.

Last Wednesday we went to Towne Hyundai looking to purchase a preowned car or a 2022 leftover. We met Jose Espinal. We explained what we were looking for and we werent sure if we were trading in our 2016 or just purchasing outright. Jose couldnt have be nicer. He was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He showed us what was available and we found something we thought we liked and told Jose that we would let him know by Wednesday. He didnt hassle us. We later called and asked if we could come in Saturday as we had a decision. He said sure. He was very professional and when we told him we were trading in our 2016 he had us do all of the paperwork. We said we would be back on Wednesday. We returned today and completed the sale. It was stress free and for this we thank Jose.
