Towne Hyundai & Joe Ippolito always there for me!
Hyundai and Joe Ippolito have always been there for me! I just purchased my fourth Hyundai from Joe Ippolito at Towne Hyundai in Denville, New Jersey (even though there are other Hyundai dealers closer to my home). When I bought my very first Hyundai, I went to MANY other dealers from many car manufacturers and no one would give me a car loan. Joe and Hyundai worked very hard to get me that new car, and I've been a loyal and faithful customer ever since. These are the most reliable cars I have ever driven. I've never had to pay for anything other than regular maintenance, tires, oil changes, tune ups, etc. in the 4 cars I've owned. The people who work at Towne Hyundai in Denville NJ all work together to make your new car purchasing experience the very best. I love Hyundai's and will keep buying them. Joe hadn't seen me in 5 years and I walked in the door and he knew right away who I was by sight, my name and all! They remember and reward loyal customer's and that's the way it should be. My Volester is AMAZING!!!

Joe Ippolito is an excellent salesman and I would continue to purchase because of him. His assistants Amanda and tom were also outstanding. Great job and very satisfied customer. I am a repeat customer and will continue way into the future.

Incompetent and Shifty Business Practices
I tried to buy a car from this place after seeing it on the internet. I called the location and explained to the sales person that I was from out of state and would need a good descrition and some good pictures of the car and wanted to know if the prices were negotiable. She said they were negoiable and handled the remainder of my request fairly well, provided me with pictures and a good decrption of what she saw. She also informed me that she was mistaken that the price had already been reduced and the price was not very negotiable but they could take some money off, and that there was someone else coming in to see the same car that afternoon. I told her OK wiell let's see if we can make a deal before that other person travels into the dealership to see that car we were dealing on. She said she would speak to her manager. After two additional calls to her I asked to speak to her manager who I was told was the only person in that day and was too bust to speak to me, but he didnl;t want to tie the car up with a deposit in case these other people wanted to buy it. I said to her, "Is that how you do business, you want to wait to see if something better comes along?" Needless to say the other pary came in and purchased as car that I was making a deal on, that is where the incompetent part comes in to play. at 8 pm that night prior to the other party purchasing the car i received a call from my sales person who infomed me that the car that I was looking at did not have 14,000 miles on it, it had 55,000 miles on it. I don't know if that was true or just a an attempt to cover their tracks since the sales person knew milage was a big issue to me. As the other post below said RUN AWAY QUICK....buy somewhere else that has better ethics and values customer service above profit.

Car Not As Advertised, Poor Service, Faux Sympathy
I took an afternoon off from work and traveled 40 miles to purchase a used car advertised on Cars.com. I had first called and was assured it was available and made an appointment. On entering, the saleman mistook me for a customer looking for a new car and then kept me waiting for 20 minutes only to come back and say that the car had no power steering and not available for sale. He offered that he was as sorry as I was for the problem. I suggested that he was not since he did not waste an afternoon and $20 on gas and tolls. I later found the car still being advertised on the Cars.com site and called to register a complaint.

Marine gets Great Car
Many thanks to Tom and Jen at Towne Hyundai for all your help getting our Marine a great car that he can afford and he loves. I won't have to lose sleep now that he is driving a safe affordable car rather than the bomb he drove home in. You made the process easy and helped with all the lose ends because he lives in NC. Thank you so much for all your help. Marine Mom, Laura McCarthy
