I met with robert the sales person and came to agreement on a price for my lease While walking paat the sales office robert was speaking to sales manager jeff. I heard jeff saying he waa going to come out and try to get additional money. Jeff Angulo sat with me and spoke to me as he was so smart and i was so DUMB. Well, the price stayed the same but i did not like his arrogance. A friend of mine was also at the deslership looking for a car and said she overheard Jeff speaking with a coworker and heard my name and some really not nice things being said. I told robert i did not have time to do the deal. I left and got the next dealer to match the price and they were appreciative. I will not lease a vehicle from a dealership that lets their managers disrespect and bad mouth their customers. Jeff Angulo should be ashamed at his actions and needs to be taught that there is so many competing dealerships and to lose a sale over his immaturity should not be acceptable by the ownership.

Went to another dealer first and got high pressure to buy a leftover and I had to act today or it would be gone. Came to Towne and asked the salesman to honestly tell me what he thought of the deal, he told me it was not bad and a new one would likely cost more. Decided to price it out and as it turned out with exact same equipment got a loaded '16 Elantra Limited with Tech package for about $1,000 less than the '15 leftover plus they gave me about $1,000 more for my trade - can't beat that. Very happy and highly recommend them.
