All I can tell you is this. If they gave me a car for free, I would tell them to keep it. Their customer service is so horrible, I would want no connections to them. Nothing would make me happier than having them take my car back, refund me all my down payment money (that they 100% screwed me over on--just 1 of many), and just sever all ties with them. The sales people are horrible, and the finance guy thinks he's slick. I've tried with them, and I'm just over it. Some people have a good experience, I have not. However--the one thing they have going for them is the GM is very nice. Also, still waiting for my spare key since 12/5/19.

He was helpful in making sure we walked out of there feeling we got a great deal on a great car (Jeep Compass). He took time out to allow us to test drive the vehicle and also providing us with all the features it had to offer. We look forward to doing business with Maiker in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would. Car was dropped off for service at 7:45am. 4:30 pm I’m told that nothing was done and they need it another day Unprofessional unreliable. If you want to keep your car here for long period time with no work done to it. This is the place to go to. Never again. Save yourself a headache. This place is making money off of no hours of work performed.

Romelia made me trading my lease in for a new one sooo easy! I felt so comfortable with her and she was amazing! She didn’t push me and showed me everything I asked for and in my price range.
