Labor diagnostic charges could be steep on your pocket. I was charged more than 450 dollars for labor of a bill less than 600 dollars. More than half of labor charges was to let me know that car differential need to be replaced.

Not a happy camper this time. Dealership diagnostic can be steep on your pocket. I was charged 450 dollars just for labor. More than half of this amount was to tell me that differential needs to be changed. I did not expect this charge after years of loyalty towards this dealership.

Michael is always friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and accommodating!!! I have been coming to Douglas Infiniti since Salerno sold Infiniti Denville. Douglas is so much better!!
