Our experience at Douglas Infiniti was the absolute best

Our experience at Douglas Infiniti was the absolute best compared to any other dealership we have ever been to. We simply brought our 2022 QX80 in because one the keys were not working properly, and we walked out of there a short time later with a brand new 2024 QX80, and that was only because the staff were kind, not pushy, and worked with our budget! Everything about our experience was excellent! Armand, Jorge, and Nikolas...all wonderful! If it weren't for their pleasant personalities, we would have left with our older vehicle. Thank you so much for everything!

Stan Sanon and John Lato

Stan was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. Sale was low key, with no pressure! John was also very thorough, explaining options that were available. Again, low key without applying pressure.

New Lease

Armand was very professional through out the process. We did not want to spend several hours in the dealership so we took care of most of the details via phone and then went in to sign and pick up vehicle. Brilliant!!!
