    This dealership and everyone involved in my leasing was amazing. I had went to two other dealership prior to this location and was very unhappy with the... service. Gilbert was exceptionally patient and was great throughout the entire process. Right from the phone call I made to the dealership when Gilbert answered, I knew this was gonna be the place I make my deal.     I had a fantastic experience with Douglas Infiniti. My salesman, John Lato, was awesome. From the very first interactions with the staff at Douglas Infiniti,... courtesy and professionalism were evident everywhere. John was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to see/test drive. He showed me the many features of the car and gave me plenty of time to ask questions and demonstrated how to use the various items. The staff did not use any sort of pressure nor did they make me feel as though buying that day was necessary. They worked with me to make it fit my budget and when the color I wanted wasn’t at their dealership they found one for me within a day. Picking the vehicle up was a pleasant experience and again a no-pressure event. Paperwork was a breeze and I was on the road in my new car in no time! John provided me with his cellphone number should I have questions and even offered to deliver the license plates to my home. Doing business with Douglas Infiniti, specifically John and his sales manager is something I recommend.

    I was shopping for a 2020 Infiniti Q50. I was looking to lease the vehicle for about 3 years. My first choice was the Hangane Blue with stone interior,... with the essentials package. I had been working with a broker who has leased cars/trucks to 5 or 6 people within my community. His pricing was aggressive, and he came in significantly lower for some configurations than another Infiniti dealership in the area. When I did a search on-line, I saw that Douglas Infiniti had the color combination I was looking for, so I called and spoke to Gill Coronado to set up an appointment to come in and take a look. I was close to closing time, but I didn't feel rushed by Gill in any way. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by a number of people on the showroom floor. Gill went over what I was looking for, and immediately set me up to test drive the color/combo with the package I was looking for. I liked everything about the car, but also noticed a charcoal Q50 Edition 30, which I hadn't seen or heard of at that point in time. I asked him if I could take one of the E-30's out for a test drive, which I did. I have to say that the additional features and styling of the E-30 really stood out, so I told him I'd like a quote on that as well. To make a long story short, Gill quoted me a very reasonable price with very little down on the Hagane Blue car I came to see, but then made the same offer for graphite Q50 Edition 30. I spoke with Gill and filled out the Infiniti credit app, and told him I'd like to make the deal on the Edition 30. He told me that he would get everything set up once approved. Gill called later the next day to let me know everything was ready to go. When I arrived I filled out some paperwork (electronically) and was led over to Chris Ng, who helped me finalize the deal on the new vehicle. There was a fair amount of information that needed to be filled out, which Chris made very easy to understand. There were no surprises, we did the deal at the terms quoted by Gill, with the exception of the edition of the tire/wheel protection package that I agreed to add on. I haven't been in the market for a new vehicle in quite some time, but my experience at Douglas was excellent. I love the new vehicle and wouldn't hesititate to come back to Douglas when the lease is up. Thanks and best regards, Joe Hiller

    My 2007 M35, with 150,000 miles, had white smoke coming from the engine. Marco, my Service Manager, was helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and kept me informed... at all times. When he called to tell me it was a valve cover gasket, and not a head gasket, I then authorized all the maintenance work additional to the repair. The work came in under budget. I now feel like my car could go another 100,000 miles! Most importantly, they did not do work that wasn't needed, did do what was needed, didn't try to sell me another car, and the cost was very reasonable. I will not go elsewhere! I recommend Douglass Motors completely and without reservation.

    I have had my cars serviced/repaired in Douglas Infiniti since 2012. The AC in my JX35 does not work recently. Clyde helps to repair it with good quality... and reasonable price. He is knowledgeable, patient and professional. He is the best! I strongly recommend to work with him if you go to Douglas Infiniti service department.
